+Mark Gable sticks out like a mile ,like the boy had been fed so much left wing shyte he actually believes it and is also worried that the EU job he has for himself in Markel's Europe might not come to fruition when RTE realise how much of a plank and bore he is .
+bmarkyt132 I also thought that he couldn't wait to jump in with critical comments and judge. Thats what the left wing like to do judge and then dismiss.
+bmarkyt132 As I stated with a commentator before, you have no idea what you are talking about! This interviewer (Ryan Tubridy), is not an interviewer specifically for politics. The Late Late show is a variety show, which features people of all sorts of professions each week e.g. politicians, musicians, actors, chefs, comedians, etc. Also, if you watch any of Ryan Tubridy's other political interviews (which you obviously have not), you would know that his questions are nearly always, equally as interrogative as in this interview whether he is questioning socialists, community activists or environmentalists.
A very enjoyable interview. Good probing questions, clear answers, debunking a few myths and an audience that appeared very interested to watch and listen. Actually Irish audiences remind me a little of Irish Rugby supporters in that they are respectful and yet great fun.
Well spoken Nigel. Good words on the vision for a free and independent Britain. And nicely tuned to the Irish perspective. It must be tiresome dealing with unimaginative and repetitive questions.
Scotland said NO. We were LIED to and deceived when we had our 2014 referendum. Taken out AGAINST OUR WILL so give us a second vote and let us go and rejoin.
@@daniellynskey6026 dont watch programme if you get stand it instead of moaning you have a turn of button use it and another thing you young people are a bunch of snowflakes
I am Nigel's age and I have also seen " my " London totally transformed in that in many Inner ( in particular ) London schools have majority of children who do not have English as a First Language. My new neighbours in the London Suburns that endlless Londoners " emigrated" too took their child out of an Isle Of Dogs Primary School in Inner London as he was only one of two children who spoke English !
I genuinely sympathise with you Isleofskye, even as a non-English person. I'm Irish and visited London, the capital of England two months ago. I was absolutely, not shocked, but genuinely APPALLED that I could only count one WHITE person per every fifteen people. I couldn't believe it. Ye lads HAVE to stand up to being ethnically cleansed out of yere OWN country, out of existence, as do we Irish.
Next time Farage is in Ireland, can he not do media with bias leftists like him. Continually bringing up the racist card even though Farage clearly answered it the first time. The interviewer was clearly trying to un-balance the interview by trying to make it about racism. Farage got his points across well though.

'Why do they keep coming back to this idea of xenophobia and racism, what have you said or party member said that makes this moniker of name-calling persist for you?' When the debate is lost, slander becomes the tool of the loser - Socrates
Stephen Murphy of course, he's a good man. The media have done a stellar job of discrediting him. If you actually listen to what he has to say he's very sensible.
@@stephenmurphy2212 I have many times. British people want genuine refugees who have been threatened and are afraid, not people like Eastern Europeans who want a change of scenery.
Nigel Farage should be the next British PM, not only he deserves it for all he has educated the political system, he's got the brain and courage for it. Always vote UKIP!
I was born and raised in Newham but moved out because it has been taken over by Asian's, Indian Bagladeshi's and Muslims. There is now hardly any white English people there now. Even my niece used to speaks fluent Hindu then she moved out and now speaks English again. My first Black friend was the first West Indian in my school and the last time I saw him he said there were no white faces around now.
Like Farage I am anti EU NOT anti Europe, and I am continually surprised at how many people still do not understand the difference. The first is a custom union, the latter a continent called Europe. They are not the same thing, and UK would be better off terminating its EU membership.
Black Forest But my question was are they normally like this or was it just because Nigel was on? If it was because Nigel is on, then why did they have him on the show?
it's a variety show some people come on to talk about serious thing's and another guest might be a comedian. It's rare to see show like that anymore it's mostly all comedy style chat shows like Graham Norton.
I don't disagree with a lot he said. I think as a working class man that is on the lower end of the national average doesn't really want to be paying a sum of money each year that goes to the EU. I think tightening boarder controls is not racist in anyway either. I think Europe does need to change and it needs to be remodeled.
Dont be brainwashed by him like the brits. Do you real research and dont listen to this twat. The benefits of the EU outweigh the disadvantages majorly
I have the greatest admiration for this man Wish the "politicians" we have in Ireland would grow some balls The EU is leading us to disaster I'm sick of it Tubridy is a tit on 400000k a year An overblown tea boy Says so much about ireland
And now that we have a hard Brexit for the UK, time for a referendum on a united Ireland. Don't you just love referendums... I do... they are wonderful.
Christ I know now why I stopped looking at RTE years ago it's as toxic and cancerous as the BBC and that saying something, Tubredy a complete and utter turn off YUCK.
Farage is spot on with regards to Europe. Such a shame the media portray him and his party members as crackpot voters. I am only voting UKIP from now on.
I never heard of this man until he stood up in EU parliament asking for the bureauc-rats to respect the irish people's vote ,how many irish MEPS COULD YOU HEAR ask the question? The answer he got was " "We don't care that irish voted No we will be pushing it through anyway" In that one question Nigel lifted the Vail of deceit for all to see, don't take my word check it out on youtube
I want to start partition to have Ryan removed from his position on television and radio. I can't tolerate his propaganda any more. Could anyone please advise me on how I would go about this?
I had a unhealthy dose of distain felt towards this host this entire talk. Something about him just grinds my gears irrespective of his disrespectful language - I don't think he even smiled once.
left wing and their views will be rejected I'm left wing but I agree with Farage on a lot of things. Agreeing with Farage on some issues does not mean left wing, common sense is what it means
That was really weird to watch. A host that actually stayed impartial, allowed Farage to speak, remained courteous, listened to the answers and wasn't trying to push an agenda. How refreshing. All that and an audience free from green haired swamp donkeys shouting "waycist" for no apparent reason. This won't catch on in The UK sadly as people might then get to hear the real message rather than the preferred unfair picture of a terrible bigot they paint him to be. I guess that's their only option though as you can't disagree with a word he says.
+Tim Balders You must be joking, the guy spent the whole interview trying to trip him up, and every question he asked which failed he danced onto the next trying to trip him up and every time Nigel had a good answer. There were more loaded questions than juggernauts on the Dublin Liverpool ferry.
Iain1962 I'm just used to the British media. This guy was a Farage Fan compared to the way they go about it. The interviewers job is to ask probing questions and awkward ones too - to play devils advocate to a degree. At least he let Farage answer and didn't have the same sneering disgust as BBC and Channel 4. Compare this to Evan Davies' interview before the election - that was just plain disgraceful.
I fell in love with Ireland when I was there 25 years ago (Broke my heart having to leave after 12 months). Magical country. The way the interviewer treats Nigel with respect is awesome, this is how interviews should be done, approaching touchy subjects without attacking.
Not sure why everyone is hating on the interviewer, he just asks questions and lets Nigel answer. He doesn't talk down to him, Nigel is more than capable of answering all of the questions he asks and he is given the time to answer them.
Britain has *always* been a country of great religious tolerance?... (Opens Irish history book) Hmm, think I'll have to disagree, there! I'll give Farage the benefit of the doubt and say maybe he meant modern Britain which, to be fair, did become much more tolerant from the latter 19th Century onward, but even in the 20th Century, Britain turned a blind eye while Irish Catholics in Northern Ireland were effectively second class citizens, only doing something when those citizens had the apparent gall to kick up a bit of a fuss on the matter. Farage has some good ideas on a more sane immigration policy, but he comes across as happily ignorant of Ireland, and Turbridy missed the opportunity to at least qualify the point, if not school Farage on a few things. And it also begs the question if Farage would happily destabilise the Northern Irish Peace Process through reckless "Britain First" policies, just as bad, if not worse than, the current Conservative government of the UK are doing?
A good interview. Nigel being put on the spot with a succession of incisive and potentially difficult questions, and being given the opportunity to fully answer each one and lay to rest a lot of the political establishment/mainstream media anti-UKIP propaganda.
I still believe in Brexit. I hate the EU, but love Europe. I think people should be allowed to enjoy their own liberty and make their own laws. I actually think that’s a good thing. I hope Ireland leaves the EU as well, it has dealt it a significant blow with the bailout and also with the now proposed mass immigration into it.
alphabetaxenonzzzcat : you are deluded, living in a dreamworld. Britain is going down the tubes mate. It’s clear to all those who have their eyes open. Look around you every day. Britain is done mate. The only way back is through friendship, partnership (like the EU), being together makes us all stronger.
@@Driver2616 I new life before the EU lots of well paid jobs sensible housing not the matches that we live in today. We dont need the EU but Ireland does your a small country. British done for, I think we could manage without rabbit food lettuce and tomatoes.
Nigel Farage only ever talks great sense that all politicians should aspire to be like. Common sense is not an impossible way to be. You can gain common sense by listening, reading and doing less dreaming of a fantasy world. Get involved in the real world. Learn from the good man Nigel Farage as he has it in his blood and soul.
Farage is too skilled a politician to suggest that he has "a problem with Islam." But make no mistake; he doesn't for an instant equate French Huguenots with Muslims, nor should anyone else.
I am Nigel's age and I have also seen " my " London totally transformed in that in many Inner ( in particular ) London schools have majority of children who do not have English as a First Language . Schoolboy error.I could name all our 33 Boroughs in seconds with locations.
Farage was asked if UKIP is racist and xenophobic and replied: "Is the British public racist and xenophobic?" All we have to do is look at N.I. 4 million votes for Farage's party further confirms it. However, racism and xenophobia in Britain is the hate that dare not speak its name due to the English distaste for clearly expressing personal feelings in public and at the same time being hampered in doing so by current anti-racist legislation. UKIP is trying desperately to negotiate a passage for the voter between these two situations. It failed to do so at the recent general election retaining only one seat and seeing Farage failing to win a seat in the UK parliament. The British voter is caught between a rock and a hard place regarding the immigrant issue. They want them out but don't want to appear racist in the process. They like what Farage says but are fearful of the Pandora's box his party would open should it ever get its hands on power. Farage does not mention the fact that the EU members, Britain and France, created the current immigrant crises which really originated 100 years ago with the Sykes Picot agreement just as partition created the current problem in Ireland. If Britain had lived up to its obligations to its Arab allies in WWI we would not now be going through this trauma. Sykes Picot allowed the UK and France to divide up the Middle East, put puppet rulers in power to make sure the oil kept flowing westward and it also helped create the state of Israel which continues to inflame the Arab community throughout the Middle East. The whole area has been a boiling cauldron ever since. Farage claims to have ancestry that fled the Huguenot persecutions in France in the 17th century to avoid being "burnt at the stake" for their religious beliefs. He does not mention that the Huguenots burnt a significant number of French Catholics themselves and ghettoized and vandalized large parts of France during their time trying to force Calvinism on Catholic France with English support and what Calvinism brought to the indigenous populations of North America. Its Protestant allies laid waste to Europe in the 17th centuries leaving devastation in their wake that ultimately created the kind of nationalism, fascism and Nazism that practically destroyed Europe in two devastating world wars. People have short memories. The devastation wrought in the 20th century will return if we listen to the likes of Farage. People forget why the EU was formed. It was not just a trading block, it was a declaration of intent to never again sort out our differences by war and conquest, but to work together to bring about unity in Europe. Farage and his acolytes would destroy this, destroy our childrens' futures and possibly destroy civilization, just as his ancestors tried to do in France 300 years ago and whose allies succeeded in doing in Germany.
Nigel Farage straight as they come as a politician need more like him who really mean what they say most of the other ones only want to further their own career love the man
It may only be a small difference between 0 seats and 1 seat but surely this guy should get the facts right before an interview like this.. Nigel Farage the best straight talking politician around, fingers crossed UKIP support continues to grow.
@Diarmaid O'Riordan Listen dum dum. Nobody in Europe likes Britain. NOBODY. The quicker you dumsons understand this the better. Britain never needed Europe before, and we don't need them now. Also, while there are humans inhabiting this planet, there will always be room for war. ALWAYS. Now get off to school there's a good lad.
