Nigel plays Bach 2003 

Of course everything that Bach composed was of the highest order. The interplay between the violin and oboe in the slow movement is just ethereal!!

What an amazing concert! The energy, the genuine passion for the music, and the awesome Irish Chamber Orchestra, Nigel Kennedy sets a blistering up tempo pace, to which the Orchestra responds "Oh yeah Nigel, just watch this, we'll sweat you into the ground" Fionnuala Hunt, Aisling Casey andJuliet Welchmann all easily showed they belong on the world stage. For the many times I have watched this performance, THANK YOU!

Auch sie wirkt sehr natürlich und sympathisch. Man spürt, wie viel Freude ihr das Zusammenspiel mit NIGEL KENNEDY macht. Sie hat ein bezauberndes Lächeln. Danke für diesen Genuss für Auge und Ohr! An outstanding musician, yet extremely likeable and natural! Great also the very attractive oboist with flawless technique and beautiful tone! She also looks very natural and sympathetic. You can feel how much she enjoys working with NIGEL KENNEDY. She has a charming smile. Thank you for this pleasure for eyes and ears! Un musicien exceptionnel, mais extrêmement sympathique et naturel! Super aussi le très séduisant hautboïste avec une technique impeccable et une belle sonorité! I knew this looked familiar. I attended this performance! One of the best experiences of my teenage years.

I am new to classical music but I have to say I love the energy in this recording and am now a Nigel Kennedy and Bach lover! I couldn't care less about the technicality I love music that gives me something more and this has it all.
