Hurrah for the home cook! Totally different from restaurant meals cooked by a chef…or even several. Cooking and eating bring family and friends together, have done so since time immemorial, but they also provide a space for emotional exchange. A lovely interview to learn more about Nigella’s inspiring examples. Thank you.

I've got my headphones up to max to hear, the audio is so quiet! lol! But it does make you pay attention to listen closely. The earpiece wire is a little distracting, but again it pulls you in, because it is disarming! Nigella always shines best when being interviewed internationally. Eloquence, elegance, excellence!

This 'sounds' like it would be interesting if we could hear it... LOL. I'm playing I'm playing. A wonderful interviewer.. one can just feel the respect he has for her. I had to put it on double speakers but none the less, great great talk! Thank you for sharing. She is Divine. xx..

A true intellectual she is. I really do love her thoughts on food and how it plays into our lives on a much deeper level then we give it credit for.

I grew up in the 40s . Boiled brains. This ghastly lump of a brain covered in black threads. My nanny served up so much more you cant imagine. It wasn’t till I married very young and bought cook books I never gave my babies that. I had been told brains makes brains. My offspring became doctors . Our family NEVER ate brains.
