Niger: Hundreds March For American Troop Withdrawal | Subscribe to Firstpost
On April 21, hundreds of Niger residents organised a march protesting the presence of the American military in the country. The protesters marched through the city of Agadez where the U.S. military operated out of two camps, including a drone base known as Air Base 201 built at a cost of more than $100 million. At least 100 US soldiers were deployed in Niger until last year.
