Nigeria Fuel Scarcity has been the most prevalent thing among the numerous challenges facing the oil rich nation of Africa , since independence Nigeria has been unable to solve its fuel refining problems , although it does currently has 4 refineries that are moribund without producing even a litre of petrol in the last decades , although so many people are hoping that the privately owned refinery by Dangote which is by the way yet to produce fuel will be a game changer if it eventually comes on stream but for now Nigerians will have to wallow in the pain of fuel scarcity
