I must say I'm proud to be Kenyan. I'm proud of our unity and above all else, bravery in demanding what is right for all. RIP to the fallen heroes, it was not in vain
I'm going to give you the views on the new era, Kenya was known as the most developed nation in East Africa, the second most developed nation in sub-Saharan Africa only behind South Africa, but after the riots you guys have fell out of the second position because of the destruction of the country and the fires and corporations are now scared to do business in Kenya because they feel more riots, Tanzania has taken your place, Tanzania has been wanting to take the place of Kenya as the most developed country in East Africa for a long time, the female president has been developing Tanzania et a rapid pace and she's been making money moves and stealing much of the corporate business that Kenya had, so after the riots more corporations and business trust Tanzania over Kenya and that's going to push you back 10 years, but it needed to happen because America had their hands all over Kenya and something needed to change
But Kenyans why don't we rent u! Get buses come to Ug. We pay u.. That very night after everything u jump on buses with yo cash and go home with cash. Because it seems Ugandans didn't see u! And I think we are in a worse position than that way😂
Awesome, Awesome......Seems we are having another struggle for economic indepence/ revolution.... Thanks Lynn and social media for enlightening Kenyans and Africa.God mbele.
That's what south Africans did fighting white regime an some Africans who fled the countries call us stupid an lazy, when our children an us fought TU death for our liberation yes it's abt tym yu act not just talk and afraid viva aluta continua AMANDLA
In Ghana, we have a song which was composed during Dr. Kwame Nkrumah’s era which goes like this; Arise Ghana youth for your country, the Nation demands your devotion. Let us all unite to uphold her and make her Great and strong. We all involve in building our motherland. Ghana youth please let’s put fear aside and wake up for a change Dr. Kwame Nkrumah said this and I quote again; When a change is denied for too long, violence will break out here and there. We have to wake up and hold our incompetent leaders accountable all these money that they’re embezzling.
My brother the youth of Ghana are the fearful people in the world, you will hear them talking blah blah blah they can not do anything because of trabarisiem, the wicked leader Ghana have ever had this cerent president Nana Addo and Ghanians will never forget it
Reading your comment as a Kenyan have read and watched documentaries about Kwame Nkrumah ...that man was like a prophet he saw the future he warned African leaders that the independence we have gotten can be short-lived our colonial masters are not happy and are planning, he was ready to give up his sovereignity for on United States of Africa. Let us unite. We are one, pan Africanism...unity for Africa ✊🏽✊🏽✊🏽end bad leadership end tribalism end any form of division. May God stand with you in your fight to end bad leadership and external interference.AMEN🙏🏽 lots of love from 🇰🇪
Well it seems Ghana lost the meaning of Dr. Kwame words because the president is a puppet and people as long as they be recognized as a European they good.
You can say that again. Munangagwa must go, he is taking Zimbabwe as his own property. He sold 20% of Zimbabwe to the Arabs, He is Killing Zimbabweans.
Unemployed"millionaire" is not the same as unemployed graduate. These crooks will not feel the pain of missing a paycheck. They will only miss the power...
They have gone home with deep fullporkets with assured tenders.its just a game we've been played they just know the game is rigged and we should turn the tables and am sure you will be surprised to see the tricks.kenyans just recall the big man himself and everything will be fine
Kenya was known as the second most developed country in Sub-Saharan Africa, only trailing South Africa, they had the most educated population in Africa, but this will set you back about 10 years because you can't be trusted by the big corporations right now, because the big corporations only think about is money, and Tanzania has positioned theirselves to take your place, they are in a rapid development stage, would a goal to out develop Kenya and to outproduce Kenya and they will be the next Kenya until Kenya catches back up
Really???? Tanzania is none of our business, the so called foreign investors are the main problem in Kenya, let's fix Kenya and we'll invest in our country ourselves.....who developed the developed countries???? the citizens of course@@jarodwilson4946
@@jarodwilson4946Stop peddling lies. Tanzania is DECADES behind Kenya, in terms of EDUCATION and trained personnel. In the 70s and 89s, whilst Uganda was dealing with war and Tanzania was dealing with Ujamaa, Kenya rightly or wrongly was forging ahead on the capitalist train, and the first thing we did was focus on Education. By the 80s we were producing more graduates than Tanzania and Uganda combined, and fir that reason alone we remain streets ahead of both countries! Kenya produces as many graduates as South Africa never mind their superior infrastructure. What we lack in terms of natural resources, we have in terms of HUMAN RESOURCES, our drive, ingenuity and desire is UNMATCHED. The fact that you claim South Africa as a more attractive option is laughable. South Africans are notorious for protesting, the crime rate is ridiculous, the gap between the rich and the poor is excoriating, they are a time bomb waiting to explode. It's going to be a cold day in hell before the backwater that is Tanzania supercedes Kenya. Facts.
@jarodwilson4946 unless you don't understand/know why Kenyans are hitting the streets to protest,, your mindset is exactly what has failed Africa.. Africa has a common enemy and thats corruption..the developments and success of Kenya you are preaching hard here does not reflect on the livelihoods of the common citizens of Kenya.Kenyans are an enlightened population, they know what needs to be done by the government..they won't relent until they correct this problem..once done..kenyans are smart, hardworking and resilient ..taking off from a crisis is not a big deal, you can check from statistics but this time around kenya will off towards the right direction with everybody onboard and working systems in place. thats the Kenya we want...for those that are "protecting" their business environment good luck to them, but we All know where the benefits we land to...definately NOT to the rest of its citizens..but since they are okay with it..good for them..as kenyans we are fixing our country and thats our business..
I had stopped watching news after Ruto became president. I couldn't fathom the oppression and open mocking and disregard for us and our laws. I even stopped wearing my Kenyan bracelet. But everything changed last month: I AM SUPER PROUD OF BEING A KENYAN✊🇰🇪 Na watu warudishe bracelets zao kwa mkono as we fix this country😅😅 God bless Kenya. God bless Africa✊
Me too, I blanked out on all Kenyan issues and news. I couldn’t listen to endless speeches from ‘leaders’. It was physically painful 😒😒😒 BUT!! Now I have Hope for my beloved country
For me , i never even voted because i could not understand why a person who, no 1, had a case with the ICC dismissed due to alleged witness tampering and no 2, was involved in a school playground grabbing scandal was even in the ballot box
Spending hours and hours watching online TV and youtubes from Kenya. Guys you are making Africa proud. Salams and support from Dar es Salaam. Way to go.
MAMA SAMIA SHOULD ALSO BE TOLD LIFE IS EXTREMELY DIFFICULT FOR AVERAGE PEOPLE. SHE AND HER MINISTERS MUST WORK DOUBLE TIME TO MAKE LIVE BETTER FOR TANZANIAS 🇹🇿. ITS DIFFICULT IN BONGO.
As a Zimbabwean I salute as Kenyan youths they showed us that demonstrations ,protests and petitions work, I wish we could do the same in Zimbabwe but our people are cowards ,We are only vocal on social media platforms 😢
You failed to understand was Zimbabwe has been through, Zimbabwe has been through the worst sanctions and the most racist sanctions that America could put on the country and somehow you have survived, America made it so no other country to do business with you, America tried to crush your currency and your people and you are still survive and thriving so be proud of your country who fault and took the country back from the white people who had taken over your country and named it Rhodesia, and now that the sanctions of George w Bush has been lifted your country is developing at a fast-paced now so it's no reason to protest unless you're protesting America
Last time they did that, there was loss of life. Ruto went to USA, he is doing the NWO's work. It is far deeper than you can think. He has sold out Kenya. He is not going anywhere.
I guess this is God’s time liberating Kenya - & indeed Africa from political leaders who made us wonder whether we were bewitched. May it be a peaceful transition.🙏 Gen-z ❤️ Thanks Lynn🥰
First of all you're wrong, because Kenya was seen as the second strongest economy in black Africa, behind South Africa, so you were at the top and now you have set yourself back about 10 years or more, and I say that because Tanzania is moving up fast and they are in position to take your place, and they want to take your place within the African continent
Ruto needs to resign with immediate effect additionally other African countries with bad governance needs to protest till these weak fools leaders disappear.
Resigning is easy replacing him with a president equal to the task is the difficult thing, we have been taught by Mr Ruto that a good politician is not necessarily a good leader.
Kenya is a pioneer whether on the ground ama diaspora. A chosen generation. This is an African revolution. The waters have burst. Thanks, Lynn. I am always a voice for Kenya: a gem. God bless you
We are headed the right direction we are soon honoring our lost heroes in the struggle as we liberate Kenya and Africa at large from the globalist jaws. Proud moments for Kenya.
We are an inspiration to other African countries. I never thought this level of change would come in my lifetime. we are the talk of the continent. I'm so proud to be Kenyan today.
Exactly that’s white people’s politics that’s how it work! First of they make sure that they ruin your name and reputation so everyone run away from you and alone you can’t do much and you just isolated! And is as africas we end up hating one another just bcz western has told us how bad our people are!! So disgusting 🤢
To what extent did Ruto have to go in order to please the whites at the expense of the lives of his people. This is the issue in Africa, our own people turning against us in the name of political and personal interests while everyone else wallow in hunger, darkness and can even go to hell for all they care. He needs to resign because he will still capitulate to imperialism. Kenya youths please keep the light burning. ❤From Nigeria 🇳🇬
You're nigerian , I'm kenyan....and I agree with what you said...This is a sign that Africa's RISING from a deep long sleep....and the globe should stay tuned
We are really inspired, its just unfortunate lives were lost, but we are proud of you kenyans for not giving up despite the shootings, arress, abduction and tear gas from the police, hope other presidents from Africa have learnt from kenyan, i feel Africa is waking up now.
One is unemployed but he/she is a multimillionaire, while majority of us unemployed and wondering where next meal will come from. Holding them accountable should be a priority.
What peace? 2 Kings 9:22 Joram a wicked king is telling Jehu to come in peace, Jehu the one sent by God asks him how can there be peace when the government of Jezebel his mother has ruined Israel. Gen Z millennials and Kenyans are not troublers but deceitful politicians are. Actually our prayer point should be that God bestows more grace to these young people, more grace and boldness
Before we used to say " Najihurumia kuwa Mkenya" but We all can now say with one voice "Najivunia Kua Mkenya". What a time to be alive to see this happen. However we need to follow through with making these politicians accountable. I understand that they have been given a very good package of 50 Million , with a car of their choice to sustain them until 2027. So we have to follow through to ensure that every coin is accounted for. where did all that money come from? We can pay the so called "IMFdebt" and have balance remaining. But for now, Alluta Continua" Good work my fellow Kenyans!
@@lyn_lyndy eish. Wewe inakaa ulizaliwa juzi juzi. Uliza watu wa Era ya MOI, Kibaki na Uhuru wakuambie. These are the ones who truly understand the meaning of what im saying and can truly ppreciate what GEN Z has done.
Its time for a revival in Africa courtesy of the gallant Kenyan GenZ. I believe it is not a coincidence Lynn. It was meant to be because leadership in Africa has seen too much impunity by the ruling class where colonisers use few compromiseable and gullible presidents to steal our precious resources. God had to intervene by demonstrating to these greedy leaders that He is in the throne. He had to redeem His people from the york of the tormentors. Viva GenZ viva👊👏
Proud to be Kenyan. Liberation sessions are here we keep pushing harder for Kenya and Africa. Poor governance must come to an end! Aluta Continua 🇰🇪✊🇰🇪
If I must say,we have been quiet long enough and seen our leaders loot our resources and misuse our hard earned taxes for leisure trips.. Enough is enough we needed this,Kenyans were triggered and changes we will see later... RIP to our fallen heroes.!!
Agreed! No one likes working in a foreign country. Ruto claims that he helped youths to find jobs in Dubai, why do they school their children abroad and offer them jobs at home! Sad😢
the best solution is to review our constitution our head of state should be held accountable for any misuse of public resources during his time in office after retirement
I am very proud as an African to see Kenya come up with this decision. We need to rely on our enemy Who pretend to love while they killing us. Wake up Africa time is now.
Our prayer is that this will change and even those greedy leaders will have a change of heart at the least . If only our leaders could have love for our 'countries' instead of greed for their already full bellies
Zambia, Botswana and Mozambique leaders are a glimpse of what African leaders could be, servants of the people. Honorable servants of a nation. Serving the Highest Offices of the land for the national well being . Not as a chance to loot and oppress their own people.
One day as young men we asked, what did Our parents do as former presidents fleeced Kenya, and we lamented their inaction.... In my sight, I saw how fierce current presidents were when opposed and feared, I knew my sons and daughters will lament of my inaction.... Then GenZ happened. Besides independence, GenZ is second to none. Kenya is now discussing issues and not sideshows. Who knew that our leaders will be talking real issues rather than Tibim and Tialala? Who knew we will discuss real economic issues rather kumira kumira and thuraku? We have grown, We are growing....
Proud of our Kenyan family, they have showed the rest of Africa how to stand up to their puppet leaders, we are proud but very sad about the loss of life of these brave people, their names must never be forgotten.
It's a wonderful time to be Kenyan. As much as we and Africa at large are celebrating the milestones achieved in the past few weeks, we are also in deep mourning. We have paid a very heavy price; the blood of many innocent Kenyans😢. May morning come soon. Kenya shall be saved.
I salute you Kenyan, Uganda is waste when it comes to corruption from top to bottom No minister in Uganda is not corrupt or a leader. We Ugandans are blessed with resources but corruption eat it all and we borrow money from IMF un necessary when we shouldn't. Thanks for the youth of Kenya to inspire us Ugandan to speak up too.
For sure Lynn the financial bill was amended by IMF dispute citizens complaining the IMF went ahead to tell Ruto to oppose the people talk and pass the Bill,,what does that show? Ruto is being driven by outside power...that's y he doesn't care..but I'm proud to see our fruits after a powerful, unshakeable demonstration..Genz we ain't looking back we want our country to be like singapore.lets keep that spirit of fighting bad governance...Ngotha 👊 Ngotha Tena Tena at the end finish kumalo
Kenyans have always inspired us in Uganda🇺🇬 even influencing our policy to the extent that our lawmakers usually make reference to laws in Kenya before being passed in our parliament. But the Gen Z burning 🔥 the UGANDA HOUSE in Kenya wasn't necessary. It undermines Eastfrican diplomacy.
Really I was watching a Ugandan parliamentary session over increasing taxes and some of these leaders were making reference to Kenya. Out there, the Ugandan business community had closed their shops protesting high taxes that suffocate their businesses. Ugandan leaders are equally shaken with what is happening at their neighbour. Meanwhile, before you judge them for burning Uganda House in Kenya ask yourself why they did and if you are very keen with current affairs you Will definately know why!
Unfortunately you have lost your position as the second most developed country in Africa, after these riots your country has been set back about 10 years, and Tanzania is trying to take you a place, they have been trying to catch up to Kenya and past Kenya for the last few years since the female president has came into power, and now her country is in position to take you a place, because Tanzania has been developing at a rapid pace and every time they're in a room with Kenya they will always say we are just as good as you, but now they just might be
Its okay let them take over. We had to do this for ourselves. We could be the poorest country in the world but all we need is a governance that works for us and not enslaving us. We need to be happy in our country, not feeling oppressed as if we are slaves @@jarodwilson4946
@@jarodwilson4946and its ok. Let them take over. We needed to do this for ourselves. We need to be happy in our motherland, not feeling enslaved. That alone is more important than development
@@trendinggossip8692 I don't think you guys were enslaved, you have become the most popular place for black Americans to move, even a lot of white Americans was moving to Kenya and not one time did anyone feel that the Kenyan people were being enslaved, now if South African black people were to riot I could totally get behind it, because white people are trying to take over their country, and 30 years ago had all of them in the system called apartheid which was just as bad and slavery, but I don't think taking steps backwards and losing jobs in infrastructure what's the way to go, I'll agree with the first protest that ended the tax hikes, but the continuous protest to destroy your own best city and one of Africa's best cities was the way to go, and you will always notice that Tanzania in every meeting was saying they were them most developed country East Africa and I must give her a hand because Tanzania looks beautiful and it will be the choice of innovation in East Africa, and infrastructure is everything, because without it you go back to being a third world country, not able to move your goods and services because your roads are bad, living in shacks, I'm sorry but I disagree with you infrastructure is everything
@@jarodwilson4946 you dont get it because you are not in Kenya, Ruto forced house levy on us, the court refused but he went ahead to deduct from our salaries, we are yet to see the first house from the levy. The fuel prices were increasing every week making it hard to use even public transport. He sent the policemen to Haiti even though we felt he was taking them to a slaughterhouse and we put across our concern and he didnt care. The finance bill would see a price hike in all the everyday basic things that were a necessity. All this while ruto and his team were flaunting their expensive lives and he put up too many unconstitutional top governmrnt posts that had wasted billions of shillings yet he was forcing taxes on us so that he could pay the countrys loan. I know its okay in other countries to live like that but for us Kenyans we know our rights. We want our leaders to listen to us and not rubbish us. Ruto knows he has strong citizens thats why he made a u-turn and now he is playing to our tune. This is the Kenya we want. Believe me, Kenyans have never been happier in their lives like now. We dont care about development because we know we got here because we are favoured, not because of resources. Imagine Kenya is the least country with resources in EA but we are the most developed. Its like Israel. We always find our way up
I am actually so happy Lynn that you took time to focus on what is happening our country. You are a true patriot. You have used your space to talk about the incompetency and mediocre leadership that we have in Kenya, the deaths, the protests and everything. VIVA.
Lets us put more pressure for accountable governance. Ruto for sure has to improve on his job. Rais we wish you well the remainder of your term. Our Constitution is our shield and defender.
Thanks a lot for the nice information dear sister , this is Mohammed from Ethiopia. This is time to for African to wake up . The journey is long, we need patience.
