Learn the new Nigeria National Anthem signed into Law on the 28th of May 2024 by President Bola Ahmed Tinubu.
NIGERIA’S NEW NATIONAL ANTHEM
✍Nigeria we hail thee
Our own dear native land
Though tribes and tongue may differ
In brotherhood we stand
Nigerians all, are proud to serve
Our sovereign Motherland.
✍Our flag shall be a symbol
That truth and justice reign
In peace or battle honour'd,
And this we count as gain,
To hand on to our children
A banner without stain.
✍O God of all creation
Grant this our one request.
Help us to build a nation
Where no man is oppressed
And so with peace and plenty
Nigeria may be blessed.

The lyrics are ok for me to run with BUT what commitment does our leaders have to honour this confession? If this former anthem was honoured, we would be the best nation in the world. Changing the songs is nothing but changing our commitment in favour of our confession is all we need. I love Nigeria even Now

Even as a mechanical engineering HND student with upper credit, he no they easy for me to recite the anthem, but i really prefer this to the former one, because is so emotional and full of vision, strength, hope, life and light.

When I checked the liked hand it was 129, I just clicked to it, to make it 130 nothing more, I checked the commentors it was 29 I just add to it, to make it 30. My brothers and sisters them, there is no prophet in this country again, it's the true prayer of those that has past, that God is still using to hold us. but there is something we don't understand about this national anthem ,this was the first national anthem the Nigerians sang when dey got their independent so technically this was the first anthem not the new one
