Adamslink the fact that you're alive is a miracle. So even that thing you call medicine is also a miracle according to spiritual terms. When a pharmacitical company produces a drug product, Nafdac would approve it as long as the contents are medically safe and not harmful to it's users. In the same vein, a pastor or even a native doctor can get his products approved by Nafdac as long as there are no physical traces of harmful contents in them.

Adamslink, Salam Alaikum. I live in Jeddah Saudi Arabia. Correction you can buy Zamzam water at the airport for 12.50 SR and your airline will carry 1 for free to your country. However, they do not sell it if you are in the Holy Mosque in Makkah…but you will have to get your own container and put it in your luggage. Water add weight to your luggage so if you are not buying gift 🎁 or you plan to pay for excess luggage. Bi-iz-nillahi
