HOW TO MAKE NIGERIAN EGG ROLL| COMMERCIAL EGG ROLLS| BULK EGG ROLLS WITHOUT CRACKING OR BREAKING 👌
Recipe:
For home use.
1. Flour 500g
2. Sugar 80g
3. Butter 50g or oil 40g
4. Salt 1/2 tsp
5. Nutmeg 1/2 tsp & Cinnamon 1/2 tsp (optional)
6. Baking powder 1/2tablespoon
7. Milk flavour 1/2 tsp
8. Water 280g
9. 9 eggs if measuring at 100g grams each
🌟Measure 100g for large egg rolls & 60g - to 80g for small egg rolls.
For commercial or bulk
1. Flour 3kg or 1 paint
2. Sugar 480g or less if you want
3. Butter 300g or oil 240g
4. Salt 1 tablespoon
5. Nutmeg 1 tablespoon & Cinnamon 1 tablespoon (optional)
6. Baking powder 3 tablespoons
7. Milk flavour 1 tablespoon
8. Water 1680g
9. 54 eggs if measuring at 100g you will get over 65 pcs

Ife, thank you so much for sharing. I tried it yesterday and they came out perfect and tasted yummy. It finished in no time. I weighed 60g each for the dough and got enough to wrap 15 pieces of eggs. I'll try it next time for buns. I don't like crunchy buns so i'll most likely knead it for longer and roll it smooth. Thanks once again. I wish i could share pictures here 😊
