A soundboard call I made to an e-mail scammer in Nigeria using the Frank Rizzo character from the Jerky Boys' prank call albums. This scammer went by the alias of Alan Dickson.
As explained in the description, this call was made using a soundboard (do you know what that is?) through Skype, not edited. This was a "legit" scammer, and I still have his number and e-mail on file. As a scambaiter, I dealt with countless scammers at the time. Please explain how you think the "editing" is "subpar".
Hey there sizzlechest I fucking love this I missed The Jerky Boys damn you Caller IDDDDDDDD. I had all their CD's until someone broke into my old car and stole everything.
That is the funniest thing I have ever heard. It is hilarious that the scammer had no idea he was talking to a tape. It was kind of like that scene in Home Alone where McCauley Culkin plays the tape of the mobster.
I can't believe I never heard this call. Freak'in excellent Jerky! Jerky Boys were the online prankers before the internet existed. The soundboard work is top-of-the-line!!!
The hurricanes come from the stupid country I can't stand these motherfuckers I tell them Trump will not give you a Visa they hate that man they call it abusive language
LOL, I swear the next time I get one of those scammer calls who say they are from the computer technical department, the first thing I am gonna say is "Yea, how ya doing there, ah, Fruitcake?" :)
When he said, "Where do you live?" I thought you were gonna say, "503 5th Street"! And when he asks your age, I thought you were gonna say something from "What is this world coming to" where Frank says he's in his '50s. Bloody brilliant call, mate! Cheers!
I have played this at least 14 times. I laff each time. "You have started again with this don't worry about it!" LOL! might be funnier than the original Jerky Boys calls! and that's saying a lot And the fact that the victim is a scumbag is like the worlds best icing on a great cake!
All sorts of option come to mind here with the soundboard option. Are you freddy? Uncle Freddy? Or how about the guy trying to unload the diamonds? I got some diamonds I wanna get rid of, I whacked some fucker out last night.
Thanks! This is a different guy from the other four calls, so I didn't want to use his image for this one, and I couldn't get this guy's pic from him. I figured it worked since the Frank Rizzo character is represented with cartoonish imagery.
Adobe Premiere Pro CS4 -- it's just editing with straight cuts between a few different still images of the Nigerian character that were altered in Photoshop (eyes close, angry look, eyes looking in different direction). Hardly animating, but it gives a similar effect with little effort.
@4alarmer - Thanks! It's just one soundboard. I made my own, it's actually not that hard if you have Flash. There were just too many of my favorite lines missing from any that were available. Once I get my site back up again, I'd like to add it there for people to use, along with Junkyard Willie from the Touch Tone Terroists. I'll let you know whenever that happens.
@dafuksup Sorry for the long delay! I received an e-mail that contained his number and just cold called him. All these calls were originally cold calls. I knew he was a scammer because I got around 40 scam letters per day with an e-mail address I used for baiting them by leaving it at numerous guestbooks that are tagged by them (they leave messages like, "I DEY HERE" or "MUGU KEEP OFF" to keep other scammers away), and therefore are being harvested for e-mail addresses to send scam letters to.
Use a still from one of the other calls in which you've had him on webcam. The cartoonish personae take away a bit of the hilarity, in my opinion. But that's just me being picky. These calls are amazing. They flow perfectly.
HAHA awesome.. wasting these guys time is PRICELESS they are spineless thieves who think everybody they talk to has no brain. Stringing these guys along for as long as possible is a full time hobby for some people.
