Do you know In the south of Mauritius, one company is making kassva biscuits and Mauritius is selling kassva and maize pudding in local markets. Send people to learn, I think kassva needs low temperature, so you can use banana leaves. Another recipe of kassva is you boil kassva and make sev with kassva, contact any local Indian prist , they will inform you or visit Indian site how to make sev and how to sundry the papad . You need to sundry the kassva sev. You can either deep fry it or add in soup. It can remain for one year. You can export it. Contact art of living ashram. In Fiji Island people shallow fry the kassva adding salt and eat it. It's yummy. Nigerians people must know what's vegetables stock, you boil drumsticks leaves and kassva leaves , throw the leaves and cook kassva soup with this water add maize or kassva flour if necessary. This will make complete meal. Namh shivay.

That last part about the leaves is new! I have lots of cassava leaves, they aren't easy to eat! But you get a lot of green juice when you grind them... Well!
