Mount the peq15 all the way rearward to get more space. Will block the flash light on the airsoft knockoff but it’s a valid mounting spot for a real peq15 and I assume you’re using the peq15 just for looks. Or you can mount the peq15 in front of the front sight like I used to do for my ris II fsp build before I just swapped it out for an inforce wml.
About the 2 clicks on/off on the PEQ-15. It's the function of the PEQ box though. I tried using the 10 years old PEQ-15(cannot remember the name of manufacturer) but it didn't have to 2 clicks on/off on the original one then put it on both of my FMA/Element PEQ-15 and the 2 clicks on/off function works too. I'm not 100% sure about the flashlight but I think the M3X variant that made by Element also got the same function as the PEQ-15 (I mean 2 clicks on/off, momentary + strobe)
Hey! I bought the night evolution WMX200 that you reviewed because it looked like a really good option, and really is but the pressure switch is too soft for me, and I push it mistakenly every time I use it... Would you recommend using the Tactical augmented pressure switch that you are reviewing now to solve this problem (because it's plastic frame will make me not push the switch mistakenly) , or is there any other better choice?
An endcap like you dont want to use it? It would be just any 3.5mm audio jack cover, you could probably 3d print one; I just got a cheap knockoff one and it came with a black plug for it
generally speaking peq boxes are used for IR capabilities in the real steel world, and so are often paired with weapon lights used purely for illumination. In airsoft its just to look cool i suppose~
