what world editor settings did you use and where did you get the street lights?

Sorry for such a long wait, I was in the trip. World editor allows to spawn spot and point lights by clicking the "Create Object" button on the top. The road lighting you see in the video is basically spot lights placed above the road. To make the tops of the poles "shiny" i used point lights with high brightness and small radius (make sure the "Bloom" setting is on!).
