1/2 Cup Flour
2 Teaspoons Salt

Wow, I know very very few babies that are sleeping 10-12 hrs a night at that age! My two year old doesn't even do that! Just wanted to mention that because I am sure many parents watching this are setting unrealistic expectations based off this. It is normal for baby to wake 2-8x a night, to feed or for comfort. Brody is a unicorn sleeper lol

+Leah Eschrich my sister in law hired a sleep trainer and shared her logic with me! But it's basically the sleep Sense program! Take away sleep props and teach them how to self soothe! Kendra Atkins has a good sleep training video!
