This is a couple of things I do which have helped me attain skin without any acne and radiant all day. - Use a mild face wash that eliminates extra oil and cleanses your skin well. I recommend littlleextra riiceberry face wash only as it balances the skin pH too. - Eat a nutritious diet. Avoid oily, junk, and spicy foods. Choose vegetables, fruits, and foods rich in vitamins C, E, A, antioxidants, and minerals. - Exercise helps purify impurities, so make sure to exercise regularly to cleanse your whole body. - Stay away from touching your face often because our hands are generally full of germs that can cause pimples when they touch the face. - Weekly, use an oil or serum for a face massage to improve circulation. - Apply rice berry vitamin C face serum everyday as it has antioxidant properties and it helped me reduce dark spots and I got radiant skin. - Weekly, do a cleanup routine: cleanse, steaming, scrub, apply a mask, and rub 2-3 ice cubes. - Wash your brushes and other things you use coz they can harbor germs that can cause acne when they come into contact with your skin.
I’ve used this riceberry cream from liettleextra for a while now, throughout both summer and winter, and I like it a lot. I use it occasionally now for the radiant glow it gives my skin, but it was a lifesaver, especially during the cold season. My skin tends to be very dry during winter, and nothing, no matter how enriching, could help with the dryness. But, this moisturizer has a nice, creamy consistency and gives a subtle sheen to the face while keeping it hydrated. There were times when it was so cold for me to get out of the sheets and actually do a multi-step skincare routine, and this moisturizer came to the rescue. I’d definitely choose this in the winter months. It’s perfect for the summer, as it doesn’t feel heavy or weigh down my face. I’m so happy I discovered this moisturizer.

piece of advice: •use toner with cotton & gently wipe it out •dab the serum on your skin •don't mix water based cleanser with oil cleanser •avoid using too much acids at a time •include niacinamide moisturizer & vitamin c serum for your am routine with 1%salicylic acid body wash •use retinol as toner for pm routine only for anti aging ◇(for everyone: gentle cleaners are best but it's not necessary to buy foam based +hyaluronic acid shows effect after 8hrs so use it at your pm routine) ▪︎the way you apply moisturizer is perfect and the castor oil for brows is a nice initiative. And ceramides moisturizer for your skin type is perfect. ♤thank you for making me learn about the cross feet
@@vaishnavi_fashionista look for niacinamide based moisturizer & bha based toner...but don't use vitamin c with niacinamide otherwise it will make your skin patchy

I know skin care is good ..i also do but so many products should not be there!...and ya i also know that these products are hydrating and very light but some are heavy like moisturizer ....we'll feel heaviness on face while sleeping
