I broke down awhile ago to one of my closest friends. I have been in a really bad mental state recently, and getting into some bad habits. I don’t want to keep going, I don’t want to be here. I bottled up a lot of emotions and put on a mask every day, I carried my burden alone, until it got too heavy. I broke down for three days and I could barely get out of bed. It took awhile, but I finally talked to a friend about it for awhile. I’m doing better now, but I’m still not perfect, it’s still hard for me to find reasons to smile, but I do. There is always a reason to keep going whether you see it or not. It might be hard to too now but it will get better, and oftentimes you come out of hard times stronger. Don’t be afraid to tell someone. I know how hard it can be to reach out to someone, I was fighting alone for years. But believe me, it will be easier after you tell someone. Sometimes the best thing you can do to help yourself, is to just vent to someone. And if you don’t have a person in your life that you can trust, try writing everything down. Life is hard, and it’s ok to have bad days. It’s ok not to be happy or perfect. Your emotions are VALID. If you don’t have someone to listen, feel free to sound off in replies. I want to listen, I want to be here for you, whatever struggles you are going through. You don’t have to be strong for someone else. You don’t have to be strong for your friends, or your family, or for me, you don’t even have to be strong for yourself. Keep fighting, I’m here for you. 💜

thank you this made me realize a lot more and that Im not the only one going through this sometimes I cant help but feel like i'm nothing and I always bottled up my emotions sometime even my family doesn't understand me and they sometimes criticize me and I cant help it and feel like Im not enough... I told one of my friend that I had depression and stuff and Idk its just feel like im opening up to someone and it feels kinda uncomfortable for me but I told myself that I had to tell someone and having anxiety makes me go crazyy and overthink things that are so simple...

I thank you this helps me a lot on the outside I'm okay but mentally I'm not really for a few months and even weeks I have a hard time sleeping because I feel so much regret of the people that leave me, some of my friends I can feel them slowly pushing me away and everytime I am with them they seem happy but I can see they are faking it, all I ever wanted was to see people happy and smile even though I'm not just seeing them faking to be happy around me makes me feel that I'm everything I'm doing isn't enough and it effects me but I try to hide it and sometimes you can't even tell if there is anything wrong with me no one asks so I don't say but maybe if I finally just say it I will get better or even write it down I'm just so tired of losing people but all I want is to make people happy so I'll just keep trying 😔🙂🙂 thank you again

I have been struggleing in a simmilar way to you to the point I considered takeing my life. I have stopped eating and have developed an eating disorder along with two different ticks one being a stutter that my mum smacks me whenever I do. Its hard and I dont know what to do anymore. My sister and bff care so much and its for that reason its so hard to tell them because if I do they will both cry and I would hate to see then cry

I already said this as a reply to another comment but I want to say it here. For some reason Kirito' s songs relate to me on such deep levels, way more than any other Nightcores. I hope Kirito realises, even if he doesn't realise it, that his songs are the ray of light when we are surrounded by pitch black darkness... and that we cling onto that light, that hope, that slight comfort, so tightly. Now that light can be different things to different people. It's not necessarily happiness, but can be hope, strength, comfort, I don't know. It varies on the person... but it's clung onto, very tightly. I hope he realises how his songs remind us that we are not alone when surrounded by darkness, and there are people like us, out there, facing their own battles. I hope Kirito realised he gives us light , when we are void of them.

@@ohsehun4909 Ok so my earlier comment got deleted (my RU-vid is glitchy) so I'll say it here again. No problem. I love to offer a shoulder to lean on. I am aware how difficult it can be to vent out your feelings cause the turmoil in one's head is often too chaotic and confusing to put into words. However I encourage people to only try and say it (even if it's no where near to actually how you feel) and yes it is extremely painful. It's like extracting poison from your mind. The process is painful and hard. But trust me, once the poison ( i.e your vent) is out that's all you'll need to feel more free from the chain pulling you down. All you need is the strength to do it, which I know you have ♥️ Edit: I'll be right here to listen if you choose to open up. Plus I have listened to many people who have gone through horrific things that I won't say here, but I've never betrayed them, only gave them a shoulder to lean on. And I will do the same for you.

All today today I've been contemplating suicide. It took me months to get out of that state of mind, with the help of my boyfriend and a friend. Now said friend won't talk to me and my boyfriend has been busy all weekend. I know it's not healthy to depend on one person so much but here I am, just waiting for my boyfriend to have a spare minute for me to talk and get some tears out. :'(
