I'm pretty sure the picture is Yuuka Kazami from Touhou Project. I've seen it a few times in videos of her theme and in Google images, but not too sure. The green hair, red eyes and the red vest on white shirt kinda give her away though. She'll survive this, she took a nuke to the face and got back up again.
The image is from an artist by the name of Hellshock and is one the renditions of a Touhou character. I've seen this particular image on the web for at least two years, so no. But I would love to see Hellshock do something based of off AoT.
i don't really think that he is jeff but he does look similiar. and besides jeff can't die. i think that this is the best pic i have found online i am going to put it in my desktop
