I like how the anime's called Ur Lie In April and she published it in April :3

The meaning of the song Your Biggest Mistake by Ellie Goulding. This is just my theory so if it's stupid, please do not be a meanie! >/////< The person that the song includes has commited suicide by falling off a high place, and survives for a bit before dying, and the artist is right next to them, and tells them how much of a mistake that action was. That day/night, it was raining. -I am now going to explain the meaning of every lyric from my perspective.- Take Cover, Signs don't show. = Avoid the (fake) reality the fake stuff show you. You drove me, off the road. = You instantly destroyed my feelings with your actions. But you let go, 'Cause your hope is gone. = You gave up on life because of the fake stuff (signs) that depressed you. And every question fades away. = I was trying to ask why, but it was worthless because you were already dying off. It's a shame you don't know, what you're running from. = It's so sad that you don't understand the beauty and reasoning of life, and you try to avoid it by killing yourself. Would your bones have to break, and your lights turn off. = Did you really have to get past all that to understand that? Would it take the end of time, to hear your heart's false start? = Did you really have to die, to understand your (negative) feelings about life were wrong? You know this is your biggest mistake, what a waste (x3). = You know this is your biggest mistake, what a waste it was for a person like you to die. And of all the things you never explained, you know this is your biggest mistake. = You never said any of your problems or seeked help from others, you know this is your biggest mistake. You tread water, fighting for the air in your lungs. = You step on the water the rain makes, trying to survive. Move, Move closer. Maybe you can write all your wrongs. = Try to come closer to me, Maybe you can tell me all your problems now before the end. ( He/She is dying but still trying to get closer to the artist. ) And every answer fades away. = Even though you tried to come closer to me and tell me all of the things conserning you and the reasoning of your actions, it's worthless since you are dying off anyway. ( Now, The music goes reverse from the mood of the whole song, Just like the Artist's feelings, so she is being sarcastic and realistic in what she is saying. ) Wipe the mud spray from your face, stop the engine, stop pretending. = Wipe the blood ( Mud Spray Metaphor ) from your face, and stop the engine of human being, ( Let yourself die ). Stop pretending that you are going to survive. Wow this is nicely tuned... Ellie Goulding has a really pitched voice, and with that in mind, you seriously did a decent job here - making it nightcore but not overly whiny and screechy :3 Even though I'm not really into the song itself, I clearly hear that this is quality nightcore ~ You're very skilled indeed 3
