I've had this animatronic for a few years now, but this year the Nightcrawler isn't performing the same. He makes all the ghoulish sounds and he still moves, but his movements are not as pronounced. He doesn't rise as tall as he used to and his side-by-side movement has been shortened. All in all, he just doesn't have the stamina he once had. Could I have put something together wrong that is restricting his movement? Also, there are gears and a knob on the shoulder mechanism, what is the knob for and how do I move the gears so the arm rods (G) slant down for easier dressing? They stick straight out making dressing very difficult. Thank you and great video.

At my store when he jumped the head fell off and after the head was fixed he would not jump as high as he did before the head fell off

All of these animatronics are made very cheaply in China and you should not expect to get more than one or two seasons out of the motors. They are made like cr@p!
