West 7th Street is a popular nightlife area of the city, with a bunch of bars and restaurants and nightclubs. It's located west of downtown Fort Worth and at the edge of the cultural district. The area is surrounded by apartment lofts and parking garages, and many who live in these apartments know each other and hang out in the area. The footage here is from a Thursday before the sun set, so it's not filled with people and music coming out of the club speakers yet. Above the blocks of clubs there is a more upscale looking area called Artisan Circle (it used to be called Crockett Row). Birdies Social Club is located a few blocks north of this region, Bronson Louis was playing there and he was kind enough to let me play some songs up there on the stage. Good times.
