This song is pure energy. It has become my go to song when I'm needing a boost. My first time hearing it was in my headphones after just arriving home (place where I was living, hardly a home, really). I was dragging feet, head nodding while walking tired. I was in restroom doing my thing and by the time hit the second verse I was bopping along and full of energy. This is a true story with zero exaggeration. Pure energy.

You dancing to the song in sync is so cute 💖 and Dominika is so right, they were so happy, and made the crowd even happier and more excited. This song has become quite bittersweet for me ever since Marko left the band, the way they gave their all, being the very last song of the concert and the way Marko always kisses his bass (although it wasn't shown on this video) there's another video that it's more emotional because of Floor's last words and Marko with that last high, scream

Headbanging, windmilling, etc, should only be done with a certain type of care. Early on, Floor got some techniques on being able to do that while avoiding serious injury. Notice how she gets into a better position, with hands mounted firmly on her thighs? That was/is a game changer. Another great reaction you 2! Kiitos.. 🤘🏼

The most precious piece of info for getting to know Floor is a reportage for Dutch tv, which was done right before, during and after the legendary Tampere 2015 concert with Floor's parents present in the audience. Floor also talks about the severe burn-out she suffered in 2011. Dominika could watch it first if she'd like and then the both of you could even do a reaction together. It would certainly make a lot of fans very happy, yourselves no less I guarantee! Lovely reaction guys. Such a powerful, uplifting and empowering song. It has one of my favorite lines from a Nightwish song. "It is hard to light a candle, easier to curse the dark instead". It was the closing song on previous tours and is now part of the setlist towards the end of the current tour where it is followed by Ghost Love Score, Greatest Show on Earth, and the Ad Astra movement form All the Works of Nature which Adorn the World. Together they form this incredible message of energy and empowerment. When I saw them live in Boston back in May I remember leaving the concert so full of hope and purpose to go out and take charge of my life and make my part of the world better.
You like the power and energy of Nightwish and also likes it when they put different styles in one song...so i highly recommend " the greatest show on earth, live in Tampere" to you...it's another masterpiece
This song works on two levels. It's a real banger, of course, with such energy, but also when you pay attention to the lyrics it's got a really important message. "We live in every moment but this one" is an admonition, and it goes on to list so many wonderful things we miss when we don't pay attention to the present time. This is the song that heartens me when I am worrying about climate change and the end of human life: it may happen, sure, but even if it does there's time for one last ride. (Oh, and looking at you two, I see people who recognise the faces loving you so. Hold on to that.) Peace.

That was epic. The crowd participation must enhance their ability to perform even more. The energy is unlike anything I have seen. The only concert that came close was when I was at the Pink Floyd concerts in the 70's. Too old now to brave the crowds at the NW concerts but man I wish I could see them just once before I die. I see you like to think about personalities, not just about music. I would be interested to see the reaction to some interviews of Tuomas, Floor or Marco where they discuss their music and their worldview. I think you will find interesting topics for discussion and learn a lot for yourself. Personally, I love the reactions to Nightwish documentaries even more than to music ones. Because behind any music there are people, their personalities in the end are always more important than music, music is just a reflection of a person, his self-expression. I will be glad if you start making videos for interviews and documentaries.
I concur! Here's a title suggestion: "Floor Jansen in Dutch show Reunion (Tampere 2015)". It's a great introduction to Floor and it's English subbed. It was done for Dutch tv right before, during and after the legendary Tampere concert in 2015 when Floor's parents were also in the audience (and also interviewed).

Marko Hietala (pron: HEE-ah-Tallah) is an incredible vocalist...its easy to be fond of him! There are a few songs he sings solo for your list... The band's tribute to Pink Floyd, song High Hopes, live End Of An Era 2005...this will blow you away! From the Wembley concert, While Your Lips Are Still Red (a ballad), and a very special acoustic song, The Islander, live at Tampere, Finland.

Floor's headbanging is called windmilling because she comes from the Netherlands and there are a lot of windmills there. When it is very windy, the wings of the windmills turn as fast as Floor's head.

Much as I love Troy, he can't match Marco in harmonies with a banger of a song like this. Floor hair: it's incredible - when you watch Wacken GLS she flings it around like crazy and when she takes her bow at the end her parting is perfect. How does she do that? Emppu's purple ESP-EV1 is over 20 years old, has a few cracks and dints, but he loves it so much he still uses it as his primary guitar (he does have others but you don't see them that often).
To follow Gabriel's list is a good idea. If you want to take some sidesteps i still recommend High hopes from End of an Era concert in Helsinki, no Tarja, no Annette, no Floor; just Marko and men
Great reaction. Their current concerts are also amazing. Probably Wacken 2013 will be all time number 1, but their current performances come close to that magic day. Try their performances at Hellfest 2022.
I love the way you two react to each other and to Nightwish. This song has so much energy. Floor radiates such love and happiness that it infects the band and the audience. On June 25th Nightwish played for an hour and a half at the Hellfest festival as the sun was setting. That show is so good I hope you react to it. Marco will give a concert this coming weekend. Replaces the English band Saxon at the festival, who had to cancel their concert here in Finland. I take that as a good sign because it tells us that he is already doing better. Marco never left the band. He only dropped out due to burnout and frustration with the music industry. Maybe he will come back at the end of the year or a little later. There is still hope.
