Not bad at all if you crank up the volume and fiddle the graphic equalizer to rectify the crappy Wacken tv sound...Floor sounds the same (except for minor difference twice, )..I compared this with Wacken 2013 and found very little difference..as for all the butt hurt Tarja fanboys, I don't think Tarja would've done it better judged by her current performance...and they should move on already (13 yrs is a long time to mourn!)..I'm a NW fan, should they decide to change their lead vocalist again (not that I think so), NW will still be my favorite band. That said, I think Tuomas should write a totally new album...can't wait to listen to some new stuff..

This recording and camera work really didn't do Nightwish any justice. Looks like it was shot by people who just picked up a camera and the sound is really flat. Wacken really messed this up a bit.

I was there, they sounded fine. Remember people, 90% proshot videos suck balls when it comes to sounds. I have seen Cannibal Corpse in Wacken 3-4 times and proshot vs. being there was totally different.

New fan here, bummed and almost ashamed I only recently truely found them but then again, the band and Floor do help me through these quarantine days :3 Getting extra stoked to see them live for the first time! Floor is looking better than ever for some reason... she is just so beautiful now, but something is wrong with her voice. Maybe she needs time to rest or she had a bad day but yeah that didn't sound good. She is still one of my favourite vocalists though

This is horribly mixed but that doesn't stop it from being awesome!

I've been watching some vídeos of this concert and I'm reading lots of coments saying is a mediocre performance and that Floor's voice is not good. I'm not sure what happens, but I find the whole mix very strange, not only Floor's voice. Could that be the problem? I was at a Nightwish concert in Buenos Aires last 09 / 30 and they sounded very powerfull. Although, there are some arrangements that I don't like much.

Je trouve que la voix de Tarja manque beaucoup sur cette chanson.

She is out of tune and she can’t match Tarja when she used to sing it with her amazing voice. Tarja’s vocals are 10000% greatest and is not critic is just a fact. This song was performed by Nightwish with Tarja they should write new songs for new members and if they try sing old songs they should rehearse them lots of time.

Not only the mixing is terrible, so is the direction. 1) Way to many failed attempts to do portrait closeups of the band. 2) Enough different useless camera angles to make a viewer nauseous. 3) Director/camera operators have no idea how to frame performers (see: Wacken 2013, Buenos Aires 2018, etc. for how to do it). 4) What the hell is up with interminable shots of the stage from the far end of the venue? You can't see the band, you can't even see audience members reacting (unless you consider the backs of peoples' heads "reaction" shots. 5) Video is cut way too fast. A viewer barely has time to focus on a performer when the camera cuts away to something stupid. Just because you can cut fast doesn't mean you should (I used to teach the history of documentary film). This isn't a documentary...it's an MTV video wannabe. 6) When uncertain, here's a good rule for all documentarians shooting a moving subject: keep the camera still, and let the subject move. Works in Africa, works at Wacken.

Man I miss Tarja 😢. As much as I like Floor I feel bad for her. She has such big shoes to fill & I feel at some point she'll get the same treatment Tarja and Annette got of being kicked out for no reason.

who ever did the sound Engineering for this show didn´t do a good job cause, wacken 2013 was some top tier engineering. Floor and the band sounded amazing live on stage, but the recoarding sounds flat and floor often gets over powerd cause the guitar is to loud in the mix what a shame

Who the hell is mixing these live recordings? For such a large festival to do the sound this bad is really unforgivable. I'd do a better job mixing this on my fucking phone.
