Yeah i don't think its the "opposite", i think he plays up the confidence a bit- and is a bit more "jokey toxic" but beyond that Wilbur has said he's not really a persona youtuber.

That is one of the main reasons why he wanted her to join. And Niki says that her character now feels more involved than when she was with Manburg or L’manburg which is sad but true. And even Niki herself loves it.

Yeah, that’s pretty much why everyone on the SMP, (apart from the roleplay bits), love Techno. He’s just a genuinely good guy with such a dry but great sense of humor. He’s not the type of person to lash out or hold something over anyone at all, and he’s pretty much always been this way. In essence, because of this, it’s why a lot of people have great things to say about him. Because off-camera, he’s the same guy. The thing is that Techno is an introvert, and this is pretty obvious considering his personality. For him, this makes it so talking with people is tiring, and it’s partly why some people view Techno as unapproachable. Also, Tommy has said that he’s learned not to try to talk to Techno when he’s tired, because the latter won’t respond. So while Techno is great at talking to people and making friends, he’s not this way all the time. He has a social better he has to recharge. And he hasn’t always been this way, as in the past he used to be a lot more awkward and unsure. But he’s gotten a lot better as he’s interacted with more and more people over time.
