the Stephanie Alexander Kitchen Garden sounds amazing Phoebe!! Have you ever heard of the Ballymaloe Cookery School in Ireland? Similar vibes... cookery school on a farm with a heavy emphasis on seasonal produce etc etc. V pricey but it looks like a dream. Lots of love and hoping something special turns up soon for you xx

I feel you with the body changes and not feeling great about your body. It’s not even that I dislike my body I just kind of feel like one day I woke up and it was sooo different so it’s been very jarring. I always heard people talk about a second puberty at 25 and it was definitely the case for me. Here’s to appreciating our bodies and seeing them as neutrally as possible :)
