Great work! This channel is honestly amazing. I stumbled on to it today and I really appreciate all of your videos. The way you amalgam both the deck techs along with budget and gameplay surpasses all other channels I see on youtube. I was wondering if you would do a video on Goblin Game-esque cards. They seem like a great way to have fun and push strategic thinking. What would be a good commander for those types of cards. Nevertheless, this channel has a lot of potential and I can't wait to see where it goes. subscribed.

I don't know what commander would work well with it though, maybe something like Firesong and Sunspeaker? With the idea that your red spells gain life so it's easier to bet your own life total when you know you could gain it back? I'll think about it and see if there's any better options. I haven't seen much (or anything) revolving around either of the two main cards (Commander or Suggested card), so this was intriguing right off the get go. Phasing as well on top of that, just keeps getting more and more interesting. Deck comes across as a very unique creation and pumped to see how it will perform in the game. When it comes to the opponents for the game, I don't know much about Umbris. Oloro seems powerful in the sense of doing things like a prison style, and having Aetherflux Resevoir and such (not sure if that in this build). Miirym is the top threat to me, if not it is def not that far behind Oloro, I have seen so much on Miirym and everything just looks scary. My threat assessment would be: Miirym, Oloro, Umbris. Agreed with your sentiment though, super excited to see how this plays out. The deck performed very well. Great game, and congrats on the win. I also used a random card generator and came up with the following 4 Cards (First Card to meet criteria went in spot): Commander - Aladdin (Chronicles version for cheapness), or Arabian Nights version for budget challenge Random Card - Disenchant Oathbreaker - Karn, the Great Creator Random Signature Spell - Bribery Just for fun a Random Unstable card - Suspicious Nanny
I was definitely happy with how this deck turned out, it had a ton of unique themes and works surprisingly well considering the main goal is just not to die. Happy Canada Day/4th!
