Yeah I'm genuinely confused by the people in the comments constantly saying this is not a slowroll. If you have the absolute nuts, and let your opponent think they won by saying "you got it" and "how do I lose all these hands?" before you flip over your quads, you are slowrolling your opponent. Most players would not have handled it as well as Pink did.
yeah I would have called the floor and say "he verbalized giving up so he shouldn't be awarded the pot." it should be treated the same as verbalizing the bet. once you say the amount it's binding.
@@Bowling_Dudebecause you’re a Karen. The rules stay the same even if your feelings are hurt, if you can’t handle slow rolls/angles/tilt then don’t play a mental game like poker
@SafoAlex It's when you have a hand that can't be beat and you pretend your opponent has won the hand. This is considered a sleazy thing to do in Poker.
@@isaacwesterback4499yes slow rolling means after the betting is complete. The hand is over and you wait before you show the winning hand (often the nuts). It’s okay to fake like you don’t have it while you’re in play. Just not cool once the hand is dead.
you arent getting the point, a slowroll only occurs when the hand and all the action is over, airball gave a little speech and was slow to turn his cards over, thats a slowroll@@isaacwesterback4499
Chuck roast in crock pot, smash burgers, chicken nuggets or strip “breaded” with crushed up pork rinds and fried in tallow, sometimes add Redmonds lemon pepper to this one. Redmonds smoked salt is absolutely delicious on everything. Just a few regulars for us.
@@maxverstacrayon8367You laugh, but a Top 10 hand is a Top 10 hand. That said, I’m pretty sure he has the 4th nuts (any 8, AA, any K, any Q; kickers are irrelevant on this board).
I think you are doing the sane thing I did. Air all was the one in grey with the glasses who said “how do I keep losing all these hands?”, when in fact he is the one with the quads.
@@paulmitchell6485no, please just move on because you don’t have a clue about the game. A slow roll Is exactly as he said, making your opponent think he has won the hand.
His comments , u got it, why do I lose all of these hands and then flipping quads. It’s not just timing, it’s saying u lost but you didn’t and he did it twice so yes that’s a slow roll
A slowroll is when you pretend like the other person won the hand only to turn over the winner. It's considered very poor etiquette and you definitely shouldn't do it to people you don't know
It's definitely not a slow roll. Half the people in this thread are misquoting who said what. Airball neither said, "You got it," or why do i always lose these hands. He showed his cards less than than 2 seconds after the bettimg was finished. Not defending him as a player (because i do not know him) but 90% of the comments are wrong, including the commentator, by saying he slow rolled.
@@MasterDebater47 I rewatched and he flipped them right over. He might have some something silly but who cares? Next week you’ll think it’s hate speech. Cry more.
@@Dead-bl7to Did you watch without sound or something? The dude with quads said "you got it" and "how do I lose all these hands?" before turning his cards over. Do you actually know what a slowroll is?
Ugg having the boat to quads with three of the cards on the table sucks. I never really know how to play in that situation. Even if they don’t have the quads it’s usually a chop too. So annoying,
Because even pocket queens would lose?? It’s a slow roll when Airball says “you got it” to make the guy turn his hand over.. and then follows it up by saying “how do I always lose these hands” when he has quads, AKA THE NUTS. Why would pocket Q’s matter against quads? No matter what, Airball made him think he had the best hand twice before flipping over quads.
He had quads… then after river call and show, said, how do I lose these? Then flips over quads.. you think he was expecting the guy to have the ever so rare joker joker for a 5 pack?
Wow it’s crazy how many people don’t know what a slow roll is in these comments. This is a slow roll by definition so just stop with the ignorant acting like y’all know anything about poker and go back to playing your basement .25/.50c games A slow roll is when a player delays showing a winning hand at showdown or delays calling a bet/raise with a very strong hand before showdown. The goal of a slow roll in poker is to make the opponent think they are about to win when they really aren't. This is often seen as poor etiquette.
I never believed it was poor etiquette at all. Of course I learned holdem in county jail. And it was called dirty checking. But to me it is just strategy. Baiting the other person into buying into the pot and following you when you raise them because they are committed at that point.
