This song for me is everything you love about IA. Chaotically odd timed breakdowns (switching between, open and low notes), layered ambience in the background, finger taps, fun riffs that don't repeat besides the chorus, and weird techy sounds with a catchy chorus. It's almost like a cleaned up mainstream version of what they've been doing for years without sacrificing that grit and unpredictability that made them so good to begin with..and I'm loving that Marcus is experimenting with more lows as well.

The comment about Invent, Animate seeming like a continuation of Northlane's Singularity is spot on, that's exactly what i thought the first time I heard this band and they never seem to disappoint.

I found Invent Animate after reading a comment on one of Northlane's songs on 4D. Someone wrote how they preferred Adrian over Marcus and someone replied with "go listen to Invent Animate if you're still mourning Adrian". So glad I found that comment 😅🤘
