By far my favorite episode of the entire prep so far, specifically because of the choice to let a lot more of the shots breathe for much longer. And with that, showing more of the raw moments and creating a longer episode. Well done Eric & Cyrus 👏 dream team right there

I’m on the other side. Just ran my first marathon in 4:06:27 four days ago and I’m stoked about it and so fatigued. You are in crazy shape and you’re going to crush Chicago. Thank you for all the inspiration on my first marathon journey 💪💪

Back at it again, this time Peak Week. This is by far the toughest but best week for you. Just amazing work you've put in is amazing and only wish I can be at your level or at least work way up there. Sadly still dealing with runners knee about 3 weeks now and canceled one of my races and might miss CIM just due to not knowing how much longer it would take to recover and prepare for CIM. Kinda worried and disappointed in myself that it has comes to this, all my hard work I was putting into getting a BQ and just goes to waste. Again at least I get to see your progression towards for Chicago, Your fit and ready. Keep up the good work 🎉🎉🎉

@flobergruns no problem and thank you. Yeah your right about that, worse case I still have LA Marathon next year, hopefully that goes well and I'll be better by then if not stronger and faster. Keep gcrinding, mate. Given fight circumstances OTQ is def within your abilities. I myself went for sub 2:30 last weekend, ended up doing 2:25 low. Hope to do a proper training block + taper next year and gun for a sub 2:20

I was in the same boat, wanted alphaflys but they were sold out everywhere. Finally tracked down a pair and bought them in blue/orange, within days of me picking them up the pink colourway dropped. I much prefer the pinks

I survived my peak week last week, so it's all downhill from here until race day. For a marathon racer, comfort is pretty important- there are super shoes that are (marginally) faster for me than the Endorphin Pro 4, but the EP4 is a lot more comfortable and supportive when my form starts to break down. Tried the AF3 and wasn't a huge fan.

I'll be running Chicago too and I can't decide whether to go with the Alphafly 3 or the Adios Pro 3. The Alphafly feel faster for sure but they are less confortable for my pace than the Adios Pro 3. Nervous about it

RE toes - I've heard the vaporflys are a bit wider. I like my metaspeeds for the toe box and they are good with my supination

These, didn't feel too narrow for me, it must just be the way I strike in the front, but also that my second toes are longer than my big toe, so it's probably just my lot in life haha
