I have both. The Vomero's are definitely more comfortable, but the P6000's are really close when you break them in. Especially when you consider how much cheaper they are.
@@FootballStudios10TTS but they do fit a little long But vomero’s TTS, but truthfully unless you have wide feet you can easily get away with going .5 down. Shoe breaks in super easy.
I work for the brand and I own both, simply put the Vomero 5 to me feels better on my foot. The front of the P-6000 is a little pointy and the sneaker feels flat to me. The Vomero has a little more cushion to me and style wise the Vomero just looks better to me. I'm always on my feet at work and after a long shift the Vomero 5 stands true!
Think the P6000s are a much nicer looking silhouette, but reckon the Vomero 5s have the tech-edge and suspect that's reflected in the price. The P-6000 'Athletic Dept.' is such a pretty colourway.
The P-6000 is a pure nostalgia for me. I used the Pegasus running version between 2004-2009 when I took my boxing amateur career really seriously and I had run thousands of kilometres in various ones cos I’d literally wear them out … so this is just a pure love memory feel for me….
That’s awesome - i figure there’s prob a lot of people out there wondering if these are good and worth it so I thought it would make for a good vid 🙌🏾🙌🏾🙌🏾
This last weekend I had the Vomero 5 Lakeside color (a kind of dark UNC) in my cart- but decided to wait- went to the Nike outlet and found the p6000 aquarius blue for $80! My first pair of p6000s and a similar and much cheaper model!
The only thing stopping me from getting the vemero 5 is i have the NB 2002r protection pack in the driftwood colour. And it looks similar to the V5, and i barely wear the NB 2002r, so i dont feel the need for them even though im curious about them cause they're all over shoetube.
Gotta be the vomero for me. No cap on god, lol. Did you see the Reebok CXT that just released? They're around the £200 mark, but they're delicious. There's two colourways by the looks of it. Proper 80s looking, but they've been tweaked in design a bit, compared to the original. I don't think it has the ERS technology.
I have been looking at these as well, this was really helpful. As a follow up, (maybe even a short) Adidas has a model called the Ozmillen, which are right in line with these. Would love to know your thoughts. Cheers
P6000s are waaaay more comfortable than the Vomeros especially if you are wide footed. Talked to a Nike product manager here in LA and he said the 6000s are a steal for the price and what you get. Nike just makes more money off the Vomeros off the looks, p6000 is the better bang for your buck 🐾
I can’t get down with the dad shoe runner vibes. Too chunky, too much plastic crap. Give me a classic basic silhouette any day. Clydes, shelltoes, Stan smiths, vans old skool 👌🏽 Gel lyte 3s and airmax 1s are pretty much the only running type shoes I like.
Being an ultra boost and yeezy 700 everyday guy, I loved stepping into vomero 5s and they are bang on comfy and don't need any breaking into at all mate , prolly you got the fake ones
Like them both but really now? Vomero 5 are better (not looking) as cushion and better materials over all,but...i prefer the P-6000 they combine retro and future both at the same time,i have both pairs just to clear it up ;-) And by coincidence those colorways like in the video
I own several pairs of Vomero 5's, going back several years. I love them. I can't relate to the need to break them in. To me they feel amazing from the first step. I did buy one pair of the P6000's and was immediately struck by how cheaply made they are. They not only looked cheap but felt like they'd wear out after just a few wearings. I won't be buying any more pairs. I'm shocked that you think the P6000's win out in a side by side comparison. Really, truly dumbfounded. Therefore I can't hit a "Like" and won't subscribe until I see a video from you that isn't so wacky lol.
Just an FYI - Heard you talk about breaking then in - if you ever have to break in shoes they're too small for you. Correctly fitting shoes don't need to be broken in. It's a well known fact that most Americans buy shoes half a size too small.
You're lame for deleting my reply. I'm not a hype beast you are just comparing two trash runners that are hype right now. You're silly for thinking I could ever afford travis Scott's or that they are still hype. You would know posting a video about fucking vameros
