Thank you for reply. I have seen your vdo on pronation. Accordingly I have underpronation. I have completed 2 half marathons n wish to complete full marathon next year. I am at present 58 yrs old.

Hello Sir. My running shoes are always getting damaged in the back heal area. Whether it is costly shoes like Asics Gel nimbus or Kiprun shoes from Decathlon. Can you please suggest what to do to avoid this. I usually run about 10 km daily. My age is 41.

you run 10 km a day, yeah... assuming that's true, you run 300 km a month. Even the most expensive running shoe will wear quckly at that pace, most shoes are made to last 500-600 km so why are you complaining about.

@PedroRico-kk1pu Thank you for the revert. The heal or upper damage is not expected. In my case, there is a moderate wear and tear at the sole. I guess i must shift to medium price shoes which can give good support.

@@haripradeeppalanki9358u should look for long distance runners but mind it they will wear after 200 miles - 300 miles i would suggest bettwr spend more money n but 5 pairs during sale n wear them on alternate days n always remembwr to remove laces then remove show propwrly n put newspaper between them so as to absorbe bacteria n wash it evey 2 months lol n yeah in 15k u can easily get 5 good quaity long distance runner n always remember running on road will wear them easily so try tu run on grass / sand / beach/ rubberised track or buy train shoe for non pavesd roads idk why i m giving faltu gyan i dont know 😂😂lol /ignore

marathon shoe budget me milna kafi mushkil hai. agar ap full marathon k liye dekh rahe ho to ye recommended hai ki achi quality aur reputed shoe use kro because 21km ya 42 km continously road pe bhagte waqt knees and hip joints pe kafi pressure ata hai and inhe safe rakhne k liye genuinely ache jute pahaniye. Any reputed running shoe for marathon may start from 10,000 onwards

aisa koi shoe nahi jo sirf apk toe ball pe focus karega. toe ball me pain k aur bhi other reasons ho sakte hain. pahle ap wo check karaiye and koi bhi decent ache shoe me invest kariye.
