@@ramonvasquez3202 He could have missed though, abs the similarity between the two shots, only differences being his feet location and the result of the shot creates an undeniable correlation for which you can only argue causality. Plus, his shoes didn't grow during that shot did they? He wears shoes too small he doesn't like, and BKN isn't in a position to need that shot.

I went up 1/2 size, too! These are the GOAT when it comes to performance! Best shoes I've ever had! Been ballin' indoors and outdoors, no noticeable fraying or wear. Nice bounce and impact protection. They're fantastic!

Love my pair of the Psychedelic colorway! Played in league with them. Traction is incredible. They bite so hard. The cushioning is primo. The strap sucks. Has already ripped up my laces a bit too so I have to hold the laces to the side when I put my foot in the shoe. Only complaint. Otherwise these are f’n money!!!

The KD9 were my first pair from the KD line, and the KD9 were pretty comfortable, I haven't really played in any other KD's, just been hooping in LeBrons lately. Until I bought the KD14 just yesterday on 6/17/21 at Champs Sports, and boy that I really comfortable, top tier traction, just a great all around basketball shoe. I bought the KyD's....dope colorway.👌🏾

The first time I wore these, I agitated my heel and kept slipping. But after they broke in and I got used to them, everything was just perfect. The Zoom Strobel, the traction, the support, lockdown, everything. I just wish there were better colorways though.

Coming back from ankle surgery and having ankle arthritis these are my go tos. Still light enough for guard play but great impact protection - and after playing for a couple hours my girl won’t be pissed I’m laid up lol

Cool detail that I haven't seen mentioned. The soles of these shoes, when placed side by side, make a skull face. 💀. Also, the strap is scythe inspired. Cool tribute to the slim reaper.

I feel you on the strap issue. The giant one on the KD 4s was the only strap of its kind that gave me 0 issues, and I played outdoors exclusively. But ever since? Trash, every time. I LOVE how my Kyrie 6s look--I got those teal/light blue ones with the leopard print strap and the crazy color combo--but I have to bend down to re-strap it like every other play, so I haven't worn them in months.

KD 14 is a great shoe especially since it is wider! I didn't buy past KDs (except KD 13) b/c they were too narrow & I could barely get my foot in them. How does KD lose his shoe in game?! Thicker socks is what I do for lose fit shoes.

The only basketball shoe I have is the Lebron 18 and the cushion is incredible but its only easy to fast forward and not any other direction comfortably. It also doesnt handle dusty courts all that well. Are the KD14 capable of fast cutting all directions? Also, how much impact protection am I giving up getting these as my secondary shoes? Thanks

I like the KD 14 a lot more than the 13, they seem be a bit more comfortable to me. So far, I have only played outdoors in them. I'm looking forward to seeing more colorways. I appreciate the review and actually everything you guys do, keep it going!

does the material in the toe box area loosen up a lot after breaking them in or does it stay the same more or less? Reason I am asking is because the shoes do feel extremely snug. Moving the toes is almost Impossible. Thanks.

I just wore my KD 12s the other day and noticed the tongue design looks like the 14s upper. Thought it was randomly cool. 🤷🏽‍♂️ Glad to hear these are awesome. My only gripe is the strap and feel straps are barely functional unless they are forefoot straps or run through a ring like the diamond turf. Aesthetically they look great…just wish functionally they stay in place. Lol. Side note…great pick and roll there with the bounce pass!!

The KD14's really seem like they'd be almost perfect for me, but I really hate the way they look. That pseudo leopard print, and the strap...Debating between these, the GT Cut, and the Cosmic Unity. Need to see some more colorways for KD14 before I make my decision. I've seen one photo of a black coloway with hints of red, but i'm not sure if it's real or just some concept art.

@@VALLCOTV I actually ended up getting the Puma Clyde All-Pro and i'm loving them! They were also the cheapest out of all the shoes I was considering which is nice. Supposedly the main drawback on them is the eyelets breaking, but i've been careful when lacing them up and haven't had issues yet.

Same for my size for another shoe. I wear 11.5 normally, sometimes 12. But the 12 is sometimes a bit big. And they were just mysteriously missing the size 11.5 at launch.

I was wondering about the impact protection on this? Does your feet hurt the next day when playing outdoors with them? And how is the durability of outsole on outdoor courts? I live in Singapore and we mostly play on outdoor courts.

@@samairamalik3404 they are great! Still holding up. Traction’s great(10% has been grounded down). I played in them roughly for 66hrs. And they saved my ankle multiple of times, there’s moves I made that require superb grip and this didn’t fail me. cushion is superb especially when I’m fighting for rebounds all the time. The only problem, is the arch, where the plastic strap start. They do dig in abit and gave me blisters. Then again I am a flat footer. I wish it was strapless as it doesn’t stay closed during plays.

I have wanted some KD14 for months because of all the great reviews. I finally found a set of 13s to try on this weekend and I am now concerned. I have a big Instep and I am a big guy. To get my foot in these there was like an inch left of strings. Concern one. Concern two. They creaked when I put my weight on the zoom strobel. Is that creaking normal for these? And will these hold up with a 340 lbs dude wearing them?

I’d prefer the KD13 any day cuz of the double stacked zoom unit and the solid traction. Idk why you don’t like the KD13’s material cuz the material and containment on the KD13 is lighter than any KD signature shoe. Anyways, need more Q/A’s in the end! 👍🏼

Thanks for this review, helped me decide to get the KD 14's! Question, did you experience any squeaking from the insoles rubbing against the inside of the shoe when planting your heels? I did big time and it's SO obnoxious. I spoke with Nike, they said it was not a commonly reported issue with the KD 14's but Nike considers this a "manufacturing flaw." So I'm returning and getting a second pair, hoping they don't have the same issue because I love the shoe.

Anyone have issues with the midsection of the shoe keep digging into the side of your foot? It’s pretty painful and even cuts into my foot a bit. I had to double layer socks to play in these
