I’m a fan of Sabrina Ionescu, and I’m more than stoked that her shoe line is the pseudo successor to the Kobe line based on shape, design, and performance. I’m also digging how accessible these are like how Kobe’s were a few years ago.

@@lyinbobbycottonseed Not everything has to be purchased on SNKRS and the Nike App. There’s plenty of sizes available on the DSG app. I’m sure you’ll be able to find yourself a pair if you actually put some effort into it.

My 14 year ordered these and they’ll be in today. Excited to see him play in these in this weekends travel tournament. They def give me Kobe vibes… he was saying that he hopes they make them so we customize them so that he can get that yellow and black on there like the Bruce lees.

It’s a lot more complicated than that. Nike HQ is in a really difficult restructuring period at the moment. A lot of designers are just trying to keep above water honestly.

Love the transition in 7:12 ! I personally HATE loud chewers though. Got a coworker who would snack at the office and just non-stop chewing loudly for what feels like an excruciatingly long amount of time and everyone would just sigh in relief when he goes out to throw the bag into the bin.

OH HAPPY DAAAAY!!!! Shoutout to that Sister Act 2 cut!!! I honestly LOVE what they are doing with the Sabrina shoes….yes they look like kobes but I don’t see it as a bad thing, especially if it embodies the essence as well and are straight up performers! I really like the look of the Sabrina 2s. regardless of aesthetic similarities, I think they’ve done a good job of keeping it clean. Looking forward to the performance review. As for the question of the day, I guess between the two choices, I’ll tolerate the lip smacking, simply for what Chris stated as his reasons. Both are not ideal because they make me wanna get violent…so I’ll choose to eat alone in the bathroom like Kady Heron. 😆🤷🏽‍♂️🤦🏽‍♂️

I played in these for the first time and they EASILY outplay my kobe 6 protro’s. softer materials, easier break in (non existent), insane traction, and SUPER low to the ground but protective cushioning. i’m so serious when i say this might be the best hoop shoe i’ve ever played in for the price point

QOTD: Really loud. I'd rather be bothered than sickened. It's like a Kobe model that's widely available... why would anyone want basketball shoes be accessible enough to play basketball in? Nike outsmarts themselves again. I'm glad Sabrina Ionescu gets such a cool shoe, though. These and the Sabrina 1s look dope, and the 1s had a bunch of nice colorways. Thanks for the video. I like the design and i understand where its coming from . A lot of players were inspired by Kobe so the design is similar but the question is does it hold up the same in terms of materials. I mean you cant expect a protro kobe to be the same with these other than design but I hope that other than the design , the Sabrina line could shine on its own terms and seperate itself well enough and have a reputation of being a sabrina other than a Kobe inspired shoe
