This was my last pick up of the year passing on joints like the AMM5s/Gratitude 11s and all that. I think this is such a clean SB to add to my SB collection personally
Just goes to show people have different tastes and that’s great.. it provides the variety. To me these are by far the best SB dunks to be released this year. They’re fresh, different, stylish and fun. The variety of materials and the way they are all integrated into the shoe is awesome. Compared to the J1 turbo greens, these up it a level cause of the shiny swoosh contrasting with the washed out suede.. the J1 turbo greens just look washed out. Personally I don’t like the BnRs at all.. that writing on the noses and that fat swoosh and heel emblem don’t work with the overall shoe. The Jutos are boring.. nothing special. The Jarritos are nice but not as fresh as these.
@@freshcolorway1212you’re not new to the game, are you? You might be. “Skate shops got a lot of pairs” that’s a noob statement. Skate shops get probably at most 5-10 pairs size and that’s a generous guess. Some sizes they get 1-4 pairs. So let’s try again with “a lot of pairs”.
I have these……These shoes are some of the best kicks I own. The colorway with the slick silver swoosh just works. This shoe is definitely a showstopper and just stands out. Sleek, contemporary, and CLEAN. This sb is definitely a top 3, possibly best drop of 23.
Seeing those just made me want the Jordan 1 turbo greens. Plus I wanted to complete the Jordan 1 washed collection, so I went ahead and “affirmed” those turbo greens from goat.
The stock was limited on these...they may have made a decent amount of pairs, but the shops that did get them did not get many pairs. Likely one or two pairs per size.
This day and age, no one is scared to say their opinion unless it’s about sex or race. Otherwise everyone is free to share their opinion. BXR loses multiple spots on the list just for their joke of a drop. The list is: 1. Jarritos 2. April 3. CSC 4. Yutos 5. Tightbooth 6. BXR This is just my SB List. Shoe of the year should automatically be Reimagined 3’s. Nothing restarted the love for sneakers like those did this year alone
RTJs over the April's.....I don't know bout that fam. I get the RTJs based on their album covers, but the materials aren't hitting on those shoes. If they keep them all leather or Suede, they would be fire. I get that if you have the Jordan 1 Turbo Greens, you dont need these. But these are up there for top 5 SBs of the year....that icy sole with the chrome rose is fire
Nah, the writing of “one block At a time” does not apply to hardly anyone who wears them. The BXR are a statement piece for those that live in certain hood environments. Not for the kid in the suburbs living at mommas house driving a new car that mommy and daddy bought.
