The Nikita Dragun story is honestly insane. Walking around a public facility naked and not having offender charges brought against her? Like seriously what? If any guy was walking around nude like that they'd 100% be on a registry till they died

For everyone that's upset Nikita was put in Male prison, I'll explain why she was put there. Cause trans women (who were born biologically Male) that aren't fully transitioned yet (that have their Male parts still) have a chance of impregnating one or multiple of their female inmates. Which is why they will be put in a prison with the gender they "biologically" identify as (especially if they haven't fully transitioned yet) for the safety of their female inmates. But that isn't the issue here or what we should be focusing on tbh, Nikita should still be facing the consequences of her actions and be held accountable for them no matter what prison she was placed in. Even though it may be "unfair" the law does not care what gender or pronouns someone goes by, nor will it cater to them. *I just want too add, if there's any Transphobic people in the replies trying to correct me by saying "it's a HE!", I honestly don't care nor will I be wasting my time to respond to you, go do something else with your time.*

If you have a stick, you go to a men's facility. If you have a hole, you go to a women's facility regardless of how you identify. After putting trans in women's facilities who have not *fully* transitioned, only to have female prisoners' impregnated, there not taking any more chances. I don't think Nikita should be transferred to a woman's unit... A while ago there was a bad incident involving a trans woman in a female unit (even though Nikita doesn't swing that way I don't think that's a good idea)... Having* said that, I think she should be removed from the male unit right away, I don't think Nikita is safe there at all, she'll most liky be treated like a toy (against her will) and will probably need heavy therapy if she'll stay there.. The judge is right, Nikita needs to be put in a separate space right away..
