Being in Formula 1 does require _some_ track experince, though. You need that Super License, and that one can not be bought. Moneye does help you a loong way, however.
@@klaas2468 to be a racing driver you need to have rich parents. Even someone as skilled as Michael Schumacher had to be a pay driver for his first few seasons to gain reputation.
Atleast he's good at making us realize just how hard it actually is, driving an f1 car. Honestly a refreshing perspective from all the legends we have on the grid.
I think he just lacks downforce on his car cuz he can't tell the engineers wtf he wants of it. Also, maybe he's just lacking in the racing part of this all.
@@heseme2 tbh after a couple hours of practice, most people (assuming they were fit enough) could probably get an f1 car around a track 15-20 seconds slower than formula 1 drivers
"he almost made the pit lane". "he went off and had his own accident there" The commentators, props to them for keeping the jokes to a minimum and being professional cause I wouldn't be able to.
@ً No I have spent countless painful hours waiting in spectator mode after the first few corners, minding my own business only to be hit by idiots losing control in the wet, trying to attack the first corner with a dry track qualifying mode mindset. Mazepin I dare say is better lol
@@joinz8544 🤦I'm sorry you didn't understand the original comment , it was meant in humour , obviously he's useless and has no championship's , Hamilton on the other hand has 7 .
@@romaincamion1331 but max has a lot of talent , as do most on the grid , Nikita unfortunately is probably only there because of dads money and haas need for a main sponsor , he will only be remembered on RU-vid crash compilation videos .
I can't wait for Monaco! Will Hamilton try to lap him but won't be able to? Will he crash in a barrier (most likely) red flagging the race? Will he qualify first thanks to putin and will finish on pole because overtaking is just impossible??????? ANYTHING IS REALITYYYY BELIEVE MEEEEEE ITS DESTINYYYYYYY OYYYYYYYYYY OHHHHOLOOOOO WICHAKAHHHH
Yeah true, but you would probably learn from your mistake the first time. This guy just doesn't get it. It's like he skips track walking. He acts like it's a hobby or something, he might or mightn't finish a race.
huge respect for the self-control of the commentators. everytime they say mazepin i already know that if it were me in there, i would've unconsciously called him mazespin 😭
Yeah, surely they are going to talk shit about the son of a Russian billioner probably related with russian mafia.... Let's be honest, they will not talk about him at all if he don't get any good result this season. If he do, they are going to talk just about that.
in fairness the only time we see a haas the entire GP weekend is when Mazepin has a Spin. He's just trying to give his daddies sponsorship some air time.
Well if we replace Jarier with Mazepin I think it would go a little something like this...."Mazepin really is completely out of order I mean he really shouldn't be allowed to drive in Grand Prix racing, he is uh, well hes got a mental age of 10 in the first place"
@@TheBest14184 He had 30 seconds gap to Mick in Barcelona come on same car 30 seconds. Sure the car is shit even mick got rounded twice by Lewis, but 30 seconds? Damn.
Or that just show hefoundhis level. tbh he did have a good spell at Lotus with Kim, but it seems he needs the car underhim, whereas talent can show even in slower/poor balanced cars, Since this is a Haas and Mazarin vid, in comparison Mick Schumacher is doing well imo, George Russell drives the wheels off his car all the time Ndshowed histalent in the Mercedes when he had Hamiltons drive
I mean he was in a shit car for the last 2 years on a broke team. Everybody knows Grosjean is better than Mazespin, because everybody ever is better than him lol
Why is there so much hate on this guy. People don't realize how bad he must feel seeing all the bad comments about him on social media. If you were in his position I'm sure you would understand how his feels. Yes he had done bad things but we all make mistakes. Fans need to empathize more with rookies.
he drove like how I drove when I bought my first race wheel and tried F12019 without ABS and TC on. Props to the commentator for not using "Nikita Mazespin"
it's good that he is in F1, it really shows how hard it is to drive an F1 car. Without him would make one think that Ham, Max and Norris are overpaid !
@@siraryx I like Gunther but he's made such a bad decision bringing them on as a sponsor giving us Mazepin. Means 1 less space for talented drivers now. HAAS should man up and eject them as a sponsor and look for alternatives getting rid of Mazepin.
Tbh it's probably the right decision to get a pay driver. Even though Williams have George Russel their performance is still appalling and focusing on the car is more important than the driver. It's a shame that such a system exists, but only a fool wouldn't abuse it.
Mick isn’t nearly as bad though, also he’s a professional of course none of us are better than him. You can tell that he’s not as good as mick even though we know we could still never compete with him
@@noonespecial2133 Honestly, it is pretty impressive how good Mick is considering the footsteps he has to follow in without being able to receive any guidance from those footsteps... He may not be an absolute wonder like his father was, but I think Mick has the capacity to show some real talent as a pilot.
Yea was thinkg that to like he is probably not the best driver on the track but no one should be spinning that much if they have a few years of race driving behind them in a balanced car
@@simedinson984 yeh but in mazepins first year of F2 he was behind Sean Galel and 2 places ahead of Lord Maheever in the championship, he takes quite a while to get used it and he always has so I’m really not surprised (so does mick typically)
simon edin idk even mick and Williams are lapping him, it's deffo more him then the car, micks spinning a relatively normal amount for a rookie and about same crashes/spins as tsunoda. In Alex Albons first year he spun a lot but was still quick. This guys just a bit shit for this standard
I still dont get over it. He has the fucking audacity to overtake 2 cars at the last turn (?!?!?!?!?) AND THEN HE FUCKING SPINS AND RUINS THE LAPS OF THE GUYS HE OVERTOOK LIKE A COMPLETE IDIOT AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH
The 1st one was a bit weird he barely touched the throttle, the others are awful though he's clearly out of his deaths. Maybe Haas need to reduce his throttle mapping
God had a great day when giving the Mazepin family their surname. He knew this guy was gonna come along a wreck F1 and though, he’d at least have a laugh everytime he Mazespins out
He's just a reference how an low/average trackday driver would do on a F1 car... If you ever wondered how would you do on a F1 car, here you have it...more or less lol
Is he married to the Curbs? i just came back to F1 after some years and trying to pick up what i missed. I always thought "Who is this mazepine ,he cant be that bad right?" I was sooo wrong..... Is he married to the curbs doe?
