Have been a fan for years, but now, a much bigger feeling for her straightforward vulnerability and truthfulness ! You ROCK Nikki !! (and I'm your Dad's age).
These are some really vulnerable thoughts she’s sharing very bravely. Meditation and medication is great that she’s sharing what helps her. She’s braver than most of us for sharing these and on uh a huge platform.
and also shows a bit how fcked up the western society has become. you have this smart funny attractive and successful woman whose main insecurities come from not being the hottest girl around...
Graham I've watched you a few times on other shows. Really nice chat with Nikki. You got a lot more out of her by just listening and letting her speak than just waiting to jump in. Thank you.
I admire Nikki's honesty in this interview. I enjoy her comedy--more so after getting to know her human side--strong & vulnerable. Well done interview.
I liked this interview and it gave me new insight into Nikki. I'm still not fully settled on her wearing her fandom of TS like a badge of honor given what she said (and I'm sure what was clipped in the docu was far from the only time she said it), but I understand that it likely came from a place of insecurity. It was still really unnecessary. That aside, the reason I wanted to leave a comment is to say that I was surprised to hear Graham (whose interviews I'm not very familiar with, thought I've certainly seen his name before) say, "you've earned the right to be happy." We have to earn that? As someone who deals w depression and anxiety, that does not feel good to hear. Happiness should be a universal right to anyone who treats others nicely or who is given the gift of being alive and is generally a decent person. You don't need to achieve part of your dreams in order to have the right to be happy. There is not a right to happiness that can be earned or not earned. It's what we all should hope is our baseline, and then spend our life trying to bring more of it to ourselves and others through relationships and sharing and giving, etc. But I don't think there's a threshold below which one hasn't earned happiness unless you take it away from others on purpose.
So many people have benefitted from learning and studying abroad. using a foreign language is a skill takes intelligence. If that was her experience, the teachers were not using the right active learning methods.
3:46 It sounds weird when people say, "Tell about the..." because the grammar rule tell + pronoun: Tell us about the time... Instead of "talk about the time when..."
He’s the guy that makes everyone cry? It seems like being interviewed by 1950’s ad man with his jaw wired shut and no charisma and even less personality…how did he get this job!?…why is he sitting in the chair like that!?
Lol @46:15 when she was talking about her leg and showed him, he was full on looking at her high upper thighs i betcha he's thinking and imaging doing things to em 😅
Stating an opinion about a pop star isn't wrong. Putting someone in a documentary showing them in a bad light for the entire world to see forever to judge them which could damage their reputation and career without even talking to the person first is bullying. And you know what is even more stupid about it? She did this to a fan. Nikki was and still is a huge fan and has said thousands of nice things about Taylor but had one opinion that was true btw and she gets attacked by Taylor Swift. Taylor Swift is not a nice person.
I love this kid! So honest and so upsetting!n. Nkki, you have so much going for you. You are inctrrdible. We need you.i listen to you because you are so honest and interesting!
