Personally, Nikki may remind many of you a little of all your favorite artists...but she always and I mean ALWAYS brings her own to a song...that's what makes Nikki so special! Nikki is her own artist...don't slack on her respect that she is so terribly due! I think some of you forget how long Nikki has been singing and ministering...She looks just as young as some of the newer gospel artists, but Nikki has been doing her thing singing just like this to my knowledge since like 91 maybe longer!
Nikki is a beast she kills on organs, keyboards and vocals. I know her from BSM at Prairie View A&M University and also Houston The Good Samaritan Church: at the time Pastored by the Late Ricky Byrd Jr. who by the ay was one of the coldest guitarist I know.
I know them from college! And the girl directly behind Nikki with the glasses can BLOW!!!!! She sang Nikki’s solo from “There Is No Way” for me back in college one day and KILLED! Omg.

I know people are entitled to their own opinion, but I think Nikki is wonderful! We need to stop assuming and speculating!Come on people in the Body of Christ stop being Spiritual Haters. She just loves what she does and people are so envious! She is a gift! God has put His anointing upon her. Nikki Ross allowed God to use her voice in this song to minister to every [hearer] who [listens]...(There is a Huge difference between the 2) her. While I was listening to her all I heard was "God, Allow me to wash your feet with my voice" Now it may sound confusing to some when you read it but to me it is as clear as the wind.

As a musician that hears inspiration all day long... even into my sleep and dreams, let me just say that i's hard to have ideas like that and keep them bottled up as such. Sometimes it's all about ministering to yourself. She just happened to have an audience for this occasion.
