I lost weight a long time ago after I had my kids and ppl would complement me on it, & later I really got upset about that, because I lost it do to something extream I was not in control of & was at a far more serious & unhealthy situation than when I was larger. It literally took my doctor intervening before I was able to address this myself better and with the medical help I needed then.

Right! I cannot comprehend what was the purpose of this alleged "social experiment". What did he prove exactly? That everything on they Internet is not true ? On that interview w James Marriott, he said that his plan was to document the whole entire weight loss, thinking the spectacle of it all would cash in views. I wonder why he chose not to do that

Maybe he has been documenting it and is gonna post some of it in the future 🤷 That way he'd at least avoid the "why aren't you losing weight" comments if he had a plateau or gained some back at some point or something. Or maybe he went on ozempic or got surgery etc. and doesn't want people to know.

I did FODMAP back in 2018 after the gastro doc and a colonoscopy helped me 0%, and I found out that my body absolutely cannot tolerate tinned fish, ANY beans, and most cruciferous veggies. Have not ever had issues to the extent I was then since eliminating those foods permanently. I hope you find some success too!!

@@Winniesingss instead of keeping a thorough food diary we can record the cringiest vlogs ever seen, much to the doctor’s dismay. They’ll ask “how is this helpful?” and “Do you remember your symptoms on July 24th?” But we won’t need those. 2 steps ahead of the doctor. Playing dress up in panda costumes for attention instead of reducing inflammation was the plan all along.

Good luck! I had to go on a low FODMAP diet last year for a month and it was HARD. You don't realize how many prepackaged foods contain ingredients you can't have. Worst of all, it didn't help me at all. Hopefully you will have better results!
