Thank you very much for the list of filter products. Notes: 1. If the eye sensor's propensity for disabling the monitor to switch the subject feed to the electronic viewfinder (eyepiece, a.k.a. EVF) is too distracting, there's a Setup option to disable EVF auto toggle. This does not affect manual toggling between monitor and EVF with the "|[]|" (a.k.a. "monitor") button... 2. Even when the histogram is enabled in the monitor settings, it won't be displayed in some focus modes, and at some phases of some shooting modes. Search the full reference manual PDF for the word "histogram" to find all of the exceptions. I don't call it a problem, I call it one of those constraints it's best to be aware of so that one doesn't go crazy looking for the histogram that's suppressed in some modes despite the feature being enabled. 2b. Even if you hide the histogram during picture-taking mode, it will remain one of the features displayed when repeatedly hitting the [DISP] button during Playback mode (the mode of reviewing the photographs you have already stored on the SD card).

on the one hand - an informative video..... on the other hand - (1) any ideas of a viewfinder cap when you are filming almost into the sun and (2) timestamps would help.....

I just started using P950 few days ago, after years of using Nikon d3s and Sony cameras, and i have a feeling that P950 has so few flexibility in settings! And after watching your video, i see that all the inconvenient things about this camera can be fixed with updating the firmware and finding all that in the menu settings)))

I have the same issue with standard filters, everytime i switch the the camera off with those filters on - an error appears and the camera stops working untill i get out the battery. It makes me very sad, because i'm used to switching the camera off all the time, to save the battery live for more continuous shooting. And i always forget to unscrew the filter... That's why I ordered some new filters from Aliexpress, that are specially designed for p950. Gonna recieve them in few weeks, hope that will solve my problem)))
