Thanks Sebastian. I've enjoyed taking this camera out on nature walks and seeing what I can capture. I do miss the chance to get good pictures of birds in flight or slow motion in 4k but at the moment I can live with this. 😀

Personally I keep the camera in a bag which would cope with light rain, whenever I'm not using it. The bag has a rainproof cover for heavy rain. I don't usually attempt to use it outside when it is actually raining. As the camera is not weather sealed I wouldn't want to take the risk of using it even in light rain.
