The PS480 is Viper's manual push sweeper, offering a robust and highly productive cleaning solution that is easy to use.
Keeping outdoor and indoor areas in optimal condition for both customers and employees has never been easier.
The PS480 is robust and requires minimal maintenance as it has no motor, battery or power cable.
The sweeper offers good capacity thanks to its 38 L plastic collector. While being pushed to clean indoor floors or outdoor areas, the Viper PS480 sweeps and collects paper, leaves, bottle caps, corks, cigarette butts, even small screws and nails, and many others.
The simplicity of the manual sweeper makes it very reliable. Lightweight, easy to manoeuvre and with a working width of 48 cm, the PS 480 offers fast and productive cleaning of shops, petrol stations, car parks, schools, outdoor offices, small factories, warehouses, bus/railway stations, courtyards, driveways, etc.
The compact design makes the Viper PS480 ideal when space is limited and for cleaning in congested areas.
As purely mechanical, without motor, battery or power cable, the sweeper does not need much maintenance.
The 48 cm central brush is adjustable by turning the handle knob. It is driven by a two-wheel transmission and when the sweeper is pulled back, the broom will stop rotating.
To replace the main brush, simply unscrew three screws on each side of it
The side broom is belt driven. To increase the belt tension simply move the plate, unscrew the two screws on the plate and adjust as needed
To replace the side brush simply unscrew three screws. The 38 L plastic collector is very light and the sturdy handle makes it easy to empty.
