I haven't watched many Bollywood movies so I'm going to make an incredibly uninformed comment: This has to be the best dance scene in Bollywood ever! I absolutely LOVE the choreography in this!
I wish Aish did all her movies with as much naturalness and expertness as she did in this movie. I like the work she does when she pushes herself like in Provoked and Raincoat (even if those movies didn't do well overall) and when she dances with more naturalness like in this song. After Madhuri, she is my favorite in Bollywood for dancing when she dances this good and also when she does nice hip styles like in Dhoom 2.
I absolutely love this video. It gets my heart racing every time. She is so incredibly graceful and charismatic. Look at how she just...throbs with energy! Inspiring in every way. I've yet to be so lucky to find the actual movie. I want so badly to see it.
My favorite Bollywood video. At 0:53 to 1:00 Aish reminds me of the old "Squatters" sketch from Saturday Night Live. Oh, and I like the song, too. It gives me chills.
OMFG, this was my first bollywood movie, and I couldn't stop staring at aishwarya, she's so damn beautiful, WOW, and this colour really suits her, highlights her eyes =D
Aishwarya Rai is such a great actress and dancer. She can play a very traditional role and dance the part and then be a movie like Dhoom 2 and not even realize that the two characters are played by the same person!
Can't we get along! I'm sick of this crap! I am sick of Internet racists. I am sick of people who hide behind computers and say horrible things about others. I am Black and love other cultures. This is so beautiful. I saw Bride and Prejudice a few years back and fell in love with the culture.
I think this was the movie that Aish showed that she can really move and is trained in the classical arts. I love Madhuri's dancing a bit more but she's a very close second!
Oh god! The must really put some stress on your back. Especially when you do it as a profession and are probably doing it for hours at a time per sequence. I think it's amazing.
She is very accomplished if you think about it. 1) She went to Delhi school of architecture to become an architect (Extremely difficult to get admission at DSA) 2) She won the Miss World Title 4) She can act. all kinds of roles including somber serious roles like in "Provoked". 5) She can dance classical Indian Barathnatyam dance as well as bollywood dances 6) She remains gorgeous and classy as she gets older. AMAZING ASH
For goodness sake, can we not, on just one occasion, enjoy the beauty of the music, the fantastic outfits and the choreography without getting into an argument? What is the purpose of music, to create further rifts between peoples or to focus on the universal joy and meanings we can all share and relish through song and dance? Cool off people! Just listen, enjoy, comment on the music & go about your daily lives. There's more than enough to be upset over without adding RU-vid debates to the list
This is awesome!! I can't stop watching this. Why can't bollywood have more stuff like this nowadays? Everyone wants to be european now instead of indian :|
aiswyria came to UC BERKELEY CAMPUS 2000.HER PRESENCE,SMILE, WITS AND ENGLISH PRESENTATION IN TALKS is captivating : I HAVE NOT MET ANY DIGNITARY IN MY LIFE (At Least 138 I MET) WHO COULD PRESENT INDIA ABROAD TO THE LEVEL AND WAY, INTELLIGENTLY SHE PRESENTED.SHE IS BEAUTIFUL BUT her SPARKLING INTELLIGENCE as a MAHARASHTRIAN GIRL is truly priaseworthy.
