This was shot in Pioneer Highlands, Madison, Mandaluyong, Metro Manila along Pioneer St The steel bars behind Nina at 2:50 and several parts on the video are still on the rooftop of the building and can be seen from the street level which is cool :D

Reminds me of "My one that got away" he was really kind and ideal to everybody and even me I am very willing to be his girl but sadly it was a right person at the wrong time. Now he finally found someone and I am sad.
