I don't think she's underrated at all. Look at all the positive comments, synthwave fans love her music. Not as famous as pop divas, but then again, she doesn't do pop music.

@@doggsen8338 You're right if we measure success or percieved quality by followers, attention, subscribers, popularity, etc, specially compared to those who have millions of followers. I know this is the trend these days with social media, but I'm not fond of it. It's good for an artist to have a huge fanbase because it means more money. But as far as I can see, those who know about her give her a lot of recognition and support, in that sense she's far from underrated. I'm not trying to argue with your opinion though, I respect it, but I'm trying to focus on the bright side of this :)
Seriously, this is the most underrated channel. Those channels that post their cats and dogs walking around has millions of subscribers, but this channel has ONLY 11k subscribers?? C'mon guys....Keep doing what your doing nina. Someday you'll get what you deserve. I'm sure your channel's gonna blow up someday.

Just discovered NINA, and just gave this album a first listen. AMAZING! Wall of dreamy synths? Check. Angelic Vocals? Check. Meaningful lyrics? Check. Classy lady? Check.
Nina, the songwriting on this album is nothing short of incredible. Every song is excellent and can be listened to ad nauseam. In my humble opinion, this album has surpassed the last one in terms of songwriting. This is not only one of the best retro new wave albums available, it transcends the genre and marks one of the most exciting achievements in music today. You deserve tremendous accolades and praise.
Seriously. How is it that NINA has only released GREAT songs!? Sleepwalking and SYNTHIAN are genius. There is not a mediocre track. ALL are hits. It's actually VERY RARE for any artist.
It is because they play in the scale that has melody and this kind of musicians are also very great vocalists also. The past music was better due to this kind of people who born gifted. And their music never goes out of any season. It’s a a great never ending love and taste

This album was released during my home quarantine. I was sick with COVID-19. It wasn’t nice. Listening Nina’s songs from this new album made isolation and recovery much more easier. Special thanks to Nina
I don't know how she does it but all the Songs happen to be pure 14 Karat Gold. They're all easy on the ears and I just wanna blast it on my Speaker all day long. 😮😊 It's extremely rare to find an Artist where you like all the Songs.

Album of the year/decade for me. 2020 hasn't been great, but this makes it worth all the bad stuff. I LOVE this album. It's just sooo good. Thank you Nina and Lau for creating this masterpiece ❤️
This album sounds way more optimistic in my opinion. "Sleepwalking" has darker notes, there is something melancholic in it, that's why I loved it so much. Yet, I don't mean to say that "Synthian" is worse, of course not. Just feels differently, other emotions were implied into it, I can sense it. Tastes differ anyway, and overall this album sounds great!
3 years ago today, this collection of incredible songs was released, I've listened to it SO many times since then, I absolutely loved it back then, I love it more today, and will love it even more tomorrow, Thank you Nina!

Driving on the empty city bridge at night with song "Synthian" or "Runaway" is a pleasure. Lights of city behind the river and this music makes my skin becomes goose.
Nina's voice is amazing, it's obvious. But what I like about this album and the previous one also is the mixing. Not too much or too less, just the right amount of everything that makes an album's sound great. Laura Fares, hats off! 😉

Intriguing. For anyone who listens to music, it seems like such a long time to hear someone not overly processed, auto-tuned to the point where their nasal singing sounds like something in the mainstream performed by whatever flavor of the month pop-tart is scheduled to sing it, lyrics that have some greater complexity to them, but not so much that the track is completely void of any meaning, and are not a grammatical train-wreck.... Such a long time.... and yet, here is Nina. Brilliance and class that is hitherto unheard of in the present (2021 at the time of this writing).
Thanks so much for sharing, I know quite a few want to say she or she is a Queen of Synthwave, but imo, it's not a matter of a Queen, but rather multiple royalties showcasing their potential, and you are one of them. Thanks for the Sleepwalking CD that shipped in June, arrived perfectly and the quality is top notch. Definitely, this album is of another level than Sleepwalking though. Good progress.
