Dude. I watched this with some organic psychedelics, and I gotta tell ya, it was AWESOME! The quality of the video and your choices of clips just felt perfect and artistic. Even sober I watch it and feel the same. You did a great job!!!!
I was at the Charlotte, NC show where they stopped the show after “The Big Come Down” because of a thunderstorm…it was so damn amazing! The rain was pouring as they were playing “Down In It” and the entire crowd was jumping up and down singing “rain, rain go away come again some other day”….one of my absolute favorite concert memories. Thanks so much for this, I’ve been wanting to relive that memory 🖤
Holy shit I was at the same show. It's my favorite experience at a show ever. I have told people about this and it's a you had to be there moment. When it stopped ibwas so let down but we decided to stay and see what would happen. Only thing close was at Rob zombie when it rained and we were going down the hill head first. I'm glad someone else remembers this.
Remarkable material. I've heard most of these songs in many versions, including dozens of live performances and you've got here some arrangements which I come across for the first time. Truly special video. Thank you for making it.
Amazing. definitely their peak live performance level wise although still a excellent band to this day. Not a lot of With Teeth stuff that is seen here so this rules.
Just starting this show now but ALREADY LOVE IT Thank you Nine Inch Nails- Please come closer to NY so I can see you live in concert as I only discovered Last year but RELATE SO MUCH & I dreamt I was there & the inspiration & experience changed my entire broken life for the better No more regrets & still holding onto hope I can get to Music Festival which seems closest but 900 miles away-No car-no CC to rent a car or take a plane & other issues- Please come closer to tri- state area Long Island NY or please "Wish As I am that I can get there to see you in less than 2 weeks as I've been trying All year
Wow Im.about 35-40 minutes in & so far ALL FAVORITES...... I love everything they make but of course have Favorites & SO MANY I RELATE TO & SO FAR this a set list I dream of being able to see Live & there's still about an hour & a half left I feel COMPLETE ALREADY-of course I want more but oddly I was making a simple sandwich to eat & relax due to pain all day & Drs. appts. Very early tomorrow morning- Then I decided to put on Music-A show while making a sandwich- That was 40 minutes ago & I made it SO SLOW AS I WAS MORE INTO WATCHING...... Then I took a few bites-delicious-Fresh Avocado-Shredded turkey on fresh Semolina bread-Himalayan Sea Salt-A real treat these days as I don't get regular access to such normal things- Now LUXURIES-but I put the rest aside EVEN THOUGH ITS SO DELICIOUS but I want to eat & watch a show & relax my body & pains & try getting a decent good nights sleep-Otherwise I usually am forcing myself to eat around 1:00AM hoping that will help me sleep Yet the nourishment from the show distracted me from the food which is now set aside so I can just immerse myself in this FANTASTIC SHOW & Pray I can get to ACTUALLY see them Live In less than 2weeks over 900 miles away AS I DO BELIEVE IN MIRACLES THANK YOU FOR THE UPLOAD & THANK YOU TRENT REZNOR for being YOU as you help me so much with your music that I only discovered last year-MY huge loss there but its MORE RELEVANT NOW THAN EVER & I wish they would come closer to Long Island NY-tri- State area to give people like me what may be only chance to ever see them live Either way-What an inspiration & to those Lucky enough to see a live show- Great- I Just want to be a Lucky one too again Finally-I already picked myself up from nothing & struggled all my life but last few years dropping down into the abyss but I won't let it take m- Not before seeing Nine Inch Nails live & then I'll gain back my Full power & Strength & Inspiration & Do Me Again Regardless of what Drs. I fucking Nin live, Trent is my favorite performer, especially back in the 90’s who else would tour with a Freakshow he was ahead of his time, and I wish people still did stuff like that!! He is a a genius!:)))🤘
the drums were amazing on this tour, no denying…it was like who the fuck is that guy!?!? oh….. right, of course. never in 30 years of gigs have i seen a front man work that hard or sweat so much.
Ole Trent was out to prove something when he came back sober and beefed up as fuck. This was a perfect transition from the Fragile days into his new and now current era self. It’s fantastic stuff
@@zerobelow22 Funny enough, Robin and Aaron have absolutely nothing in common, from looks, guitar playing style and techniques, influences or previous musical backgrounds for Aaron to be considered "a pale copy of Robin" lmao It's 2022, people should really start simply appreciating both of em for being the exact opposite of each other and also admit that Aaron plays some songs much better than Robin.
@@Pablo-ze6un This is the right answer. They are completely different players. TR himself admitted that while many auditioning guitarists were trying to imitate Robin's style, Aaron just DGAF and did his own thing, and was chosen for having the right attitude to the material, rather than for his technique. I love Aaron's solos in Wish and Starfuckers, for instance. Not so much what he did with Terrible Lie ending. He was a good fit for that era, and somebody had to replace RF anyway (as he was invited back, but chose to stay in GNR at the time).
By the time this leg of the tour started, they were already touring for WT for more than a year non-stop (since March '05). The earlier parts of the tour had more songs from the album, but they already went across the US twice (club tour and arena tour) and most likely felt a change was needed to keep the fans coming and so that the band itself not get bored too. That's just my take, though.
This was the third leg of the With Teeth Tour. The first leg was in smaller club venues in 2005. The second leg was an arena tour in 2006 where they played a lot more With Teeth songs and almost nothing off The Fragile. This is the third leg from the amphitheatre tour where they played setlists more comprehensive of the band's whole catalogue.
Every NIN drummer has been fantastic in their role in their perspective era. But I understand. Freeze has always been a beast. Rubin isn’t too shabby either
