Good video.👍Personally I wouldn't remove insulation. The 996 is noisy enough and what do you get removing insulation? Interior noise. Can that improved preformance/acceleration be measured? If it can, then the difference can only be measured when wringing the neck out of it. I don't do that 100% or even 50% of the time. Well certainly not on public roads!🤷♂️
I have thought about spacers but having had Center Gravity fit new suspension and set the car up properly, I am wondering if fitting spacers would mean getting the geo redone; in which case it might not be such a cheap mod. If anyone knows the answer, please say?
Yes if your spacing above 15mm on the rears. Camber Castor & Toe will need a fraction of adjustment. Where not talking poor handling or excessive wear rates.
