video was for demonstration purposes, the tyre fitted in video was not correct tyre size, the correct size is 10x2.5, tyre in video is for ninebot f30 or mearth rs etc.
Hope video helps people understand how fitting a solid tyre works. kev

6:56 ur a fkng legend i watched ALL tire change videos on youtube, you are the only 1 legend who dont waste time with unplug the whole motor, just unplug the half motor, thats so good!

9:30 tire is not seated properly. 9:57 the power supply cable to the motor is being excessively stressed. Nice trick with the strap.

Just a little FYI you should of removed the tire completely and the scooter should be upside down so you could unplug the electrical wires..

I have seen videos where they put the tyre and rim in the vice. Will this be easier?

use the 10x 2.75 honeycomb tyre for the rear wheel, and a 10x2.5 solid honeycomb for front wheel-kev
