I can thank Steve wilson for introducing this powerful and unique female artist Nanet Tayeb with his song Pariah. She is astonishing ! Love her voice !
@@itai169 a human being who's been born in a horse barn doesn't make him or her genes automatically transform into a horse animal just because he or she happened to be born in a horse barn. Now does it? The same applies to money Tayeb. She is an hundred percent ethnic north African Berber Arab girl from Morocco and Tunisia. Who happened to be born in Israel It doesn't mean she is ethnically Israel at all. Biology doesn't work that way. She is still Arab from North Africa. even if she was born in Sweden instead of Israel. She would suddenly be ethnic swede, LOL. She would still be same ethnic arab girl from MoroccoTTunisia. And btw Israel is not an ethnicity it's not even a country. So saying that a person is Israeli is ridicules and inaccurate and lazy way of saying where she's actually from.
I feel Jeff s influence in your voice and mistic sound of guitar.Amazing feeling listening you and your husband and really if is him ears somewhere around he can enjoj it as we do.Hallelujah was sung by the soul of Jeff and the voice of Ninet.Powerfully.I like it.Greetings from Croatia
I have heard her for more than 10 years and every time she surprises with her amazing and crazy voice. The world stands still !!!!!!! Always very sad She is underated, she deserve so much better . She is an artist who does what she wants and fights her way. No matter how much hateful and disrespectful she gets. Very kind and humble personality. My favorite singer forever.
when saying :"how much hateful and disrespectful she gets" you refer to her... what you should right is:"she gets alot of hate and disrespect" its a small change in writing but a big difference in the meaning...
@@davidpearson6346 I dont expect anyone to bring me anything especially the radio or tv which i havent listend or watched in decades lol but you really gotta fucking search for that shit an theres only so much time out of you day you can devote to do that!
AE listen, I cannot agree with you more. I'm not an easy-going-simple-mundane-kinda-music kinda girl. This is actually NOT my usual go-to, but she's got one of my favorite voices ever and I love their vibes, and interesting mixed genres songs. So, if you wanna give a shot for an extraordinary band with the most unique sound band or artist now (and for the past 13+- years ) then go ahead and look up The Dear Hunter, and make perfectly sure you're typing it right, or you'll get other potential bands suggestions. Also, Coheed and Cambria, The Family Crest (preferably their Beneath The Brine album, it's breathtaking). Also check out this album called Bone Crown by Marah in the Mainsail, another epic record. You should know, pretty much everything I recommended here iare concept albums, very mesmerizing and mostly very complex and multilayered music. There are more, but, God knows if you'll even read this at all.
@@hylieprongsf.zeldin7844 I just have. Appreciate it very much, very giving. will definitley check them out. Dont know why i am only now getting these notifications ... a year later. wtf youtube?
Thank you Steven Wilson for bringing this talent to my attention. Having been aware of Ninet's voice for some time since her work with Wilson, but her new work with him (Rock Bottom) has made me dig deeper, and i am now totally on board with the work of Ninet in her own right. I am a fan! So again, thanks Mr Wilson 🤟🏻😎
This is one of the better experiences that I've had with these live performances from lesser known artists. I love her voice and that bass 6 is pretty awesome too! Thank you for this 💥
Her parents came from these countries, right. And they too are Jews who came from Morocco and Tunisia, not Arabs. That is why she is Jewish and Israeli. This is her nation, her people. She is not an Arab living in Israel
Most Israelis have known her since 2003 when she won the first season of Kokhav Nolad (Israeli version of Idol). She imidiately became a superstar, both as a singer and an actress. She kinda disappeared in the 2010s. It's cool that foreigners disover her now.
@@michaltidona9156 saying she is Israel is like saying she's Africa. And Africa contained of many dif6 ethnicity and races. Culture and nationalities. And she that she is born in Israel doesn't make her an Israeli anymore than a human being being born on a horse barn. Humans being doesn't transform into a horse for that. Anymore Ethan she would suddenly be Israeli. She is North Africa Arab woman. That's here ethnicity that's her blood and genetics. She is Moroccan and Tunisian. Her father is north African Arab from Tunisia. And her mother is north African Berber Arab from Morocco. Her parents migrated separately to Israel in later part of mid 70s around five years before she was born. Israel colony consist of Jews from different ethnicity and races little more than half of Israel population are arab and North Africa jews from middleast and North Africa. The other smaller half is from Europe south and east central part of Europe. Money tayeb is north African Jewish girl from Morocco and Tunisia. That's fact and this. Think of it this way a black man from Somalia doesn't become blonde blue eyes man just because he born, or moved in Sweden. A Arabic man doesn't transform into Germanic ethnicity just because he speaks English.
Long story short. Ninet Tayeb is ethnic north frican Arab. With Israeli nationality, as she is born and raised there. And now probably her next nationality is now probably American. Now that she moved to California to further advance her music career.
@@FromMorocco851 i know what u mean. But when u say "she is tunsian or marrocan " thats kinda mistaking for other people that doesnt understand that..should be saying -"ninet is a jew with tunisian roots":) or a jew with north african roots. U cant skip the "jew" part;)
@@alancopeland4286 cool I didn't know she was an actress as well. That's nice and really very cool to hear. was she an actress before ehse moved to California? Or Did she became actress only after she moved to LA? If so? Then I'm assuming she is an actress within Hollywood right now? Yes?
@@alancopeland4286 she is a mizrahi Jew. And where do you think mizrahi Jews originated from? From middleast you moron. Arabs Jews did come to North Africa for about 4000 years ago. Long before Islam came to North Africa. And when Arabs Jews came to North Africa. The ethnic local north African Berber people ( the ethnic population of Morocco Tunisia Algeria. Welcomed these levant Arab Jews with open arms and took them in and they became as one of their own. The Arab Jews that came from middleast, are called mizrahi. which means the east in Hebrew. And these Arab Jewish tribe from Levant canaan middle East, successfully convinced some north African Berber tribe to convert to judaism. And as result many Berber ethnic local of North Africans converted to Judaism. Loonk before Christianity came to be and long before Islam. More than thousand years later when Islam came to North Africa most north arrican arab berber att the time were Jews and pegans and most of them converted to Islam from Judaism and became Muslims. The few Berber who chose not to convert to islam remained to stock with Judaism as their religion. While the rest of Berber converted to Islam from Judaism. Her ancestors are ethnic north African San berbers who chose to not convert to islam. But she is still same Arab north African woman as her north African Arab Muslim woman is. No difference there whatsoever same ethnic people. Just only different belief system is difference and that's about it, and that doesn't say anything. Because is Still biological same Arab Berber woman from Morocco and Tunisia like the rest of 35 million Moroccans and 11 million tunisians. So that fact therefore still remains with exactöy what I said. And stated earlier That she is 100 procent ethnic north African Arab, and she just like the rest coming from same Berber arab ancestors who always came from North Africa Morocco Tunisia Algeria, who converted to Judaism when few hundred Jewish Arab tribe from northem middle East visited Morocco and introduced Judaism religion to North Africa. So yeah she is north African Arab Berber Jew from Morocco and Tunisia. It's her ethnicity it's her blood regardless if she is Muslim Jew or atheist doesn't matter squat. So read the history next time before twisting my words.
@@alancopeland4286 one thing for certain she is ethnic north African Berber. Biologically of The local ethnic population of North African people of Morocco algeria and Tunisa. And not from Israel or middleast in general. But wether Berber people of North Africa counts as Arabs or not Is a different story maybe they dont count as Arabs. But mizrahi Jews from middle East however are ethnic arabs. As there are Christians arabs, muslims arabs, as well as also Arab Jews. But north African maybe are not Arabs like you said, sure. But they are north African Berber and that is a fact and that still proves my point when I stated the fact that she is north African ethnic Berber from Morocco and Tunisia. And that's probably why she is good singer ;-) North Africa Berber are known for being artistic ;-)
@@FromMorocco851 wow you really are a thick, ignorant, POS. How many times do I need to reiterate it: Ninet and her parents are ethnically Mizrahi/Sephardi Jews. They are NOT Arab (Ishmaeli). For millennia, Jews lived in Arabic lands - but that does not make them Arab. Please educate yourself. Its embarrassing.
