Oh I’m so pleased you’ve done this one. I have been looking for a chicken lemon recipe for a while and this one definitely fits the bill. Will also try the Cauli-rice…I don’t like rice it’s a texture thing really so I might not like it, but I will try it first on its own to see. I have been binge watching your channel and have found so much to love…even at 76 you can still learn new things. Thank you again. Bye for now 💁🏼‍♀️

Aww that's fab Pat👍 this was one of my favourites and cauli rice (I fried it in butter) was absolutely delicious (added salt/pepper too). Was on keto when I used to eat it so cooking cauli rice in butter was allowed! 😄 the lemony sauce from the chicken, oh boy that was sooo lovely😋

Planning on trying some cake recipes in the airfryer soon, plus I'm just editing a pork roast vid where I used the ninja probe for 1st time - it all got a bit hot near the end lol😅💕💕💕

@@budgetcookinguk I bought a Ninja a few months ago and I'm still learning how to use it. I can tell you that it's much cheaper to use than a big oven but you probably know that by now. 😊 I've cooked a whole chicken but not a joint of meat and had to reduce the temperature recommended. I've also cooked muffins which were really good. Looking forward to seeing your cakes! Take care. x

Another lovely recipe. I do put mash in the air fryer - on top of a cottage pie - I heat it in microwave first if it's been in fridge or freezer, then finish in air fryer. Best crispy top ever

Hi Kerry, oh this meal looks absolutely delicious and I'm going to try the cauliflower and coriander rice that sounds really good! How did the mash potato turn out, did it go crispy? I'm going to get my daughters Ninja out and start to use it. She hasn't used it yet so it will be great to start cooking with it and it will help her learn too!

Thank you Simone! 💕 I love cauliflower rice, secret is lots of butter and generous seasoning👍 the mash had a fab crusty top, I will do mash again and show it at the end as it looks fab and all browned (it was late by the time it was eaten), plus the mash is extra fluffy. I love using the ninja, think if it as a tabletop oven which cooks a lot quicker than the conventional version. It needs 15cm clearance from walls as well, I recently got castor wheels to put on the old baking sheet the ninja stands on - that's in the next vlog (called easy peasy curry) thanks again Simone💕 Kerry 😀👍
