I made this tonight. Speedi recipes aren’t super prominent still, it seems. Followed all your instructions except I went until there was about a minute or so left. We just like our rice a touch softer. It was PERFECT! Loved the entire meal. We love Zattarains jambalaya as it is, but the extra additions added flavor and texture making it even better. And the slight char on the kielbasa was great!
Easy directions, and a really good meal. Seriously awesome Jambalaya, I even put on some old school Hank Williams in the background while cooking it... if ya know you know.

Oh, how delicious-looking. I always have kielbasa on hand, and I was thinking I'd do the usual meal of cabbage and kielbasa, but I gotta go out tomorrow and get some Zatarains rice. I've never had it before so here's my opportunity. I'll let you and the viewers know how this beautiful meal turns out.
Hey James! This was the first time and meal I made! Thanks for the video. I did it exactly as you, and it burnt my sausages!! I also had to stop it early so the rice came out perfect! any ideas as to why it would do that?
